Who is 'bejam'?
I used to skateboard in the Redhill Bejam carpark on rainy days.
Think, frozen food shop.
Who is 'bejam'?
What was the question?
Okay so Jamie redknapp is our manager then
Lots of data on that - although to be fair he did bring Walker and Livermore into the squad this season and played kids in Europa League (but that was to ensure as few a number of first team played in Europa as possible) - but according to a fair few West Ham fans their Academy Head, Carr, brought through most of the youth and I am told by more than one source Defoe actually only played 16 minutes for HR at Wham !
That would be right. Defoe came back from his loan spell with Bournemouth towards the end of the 2000-01 season, made one appearance, presumably as a sub, and then Harry was, er, indiscreet with those fanzine reporters and got the push.
Strange comment to make about kids in the Europa League. Where else were they going to play?
I'm just a little dubious about this ITK. Bostock may have been a pain in the arse, but it was widely known he'd got God when he signed, so that immediately puts me on my guard. Does Levy really want the manager to oversee the Academy as well as the First Team Squad? That's a heck of a workload, and there's a huge difference between keeping tabs on the kids and liaising with whoever's in charge and running the show. That really doesn't ring true, and I'd be very concerned if it turns out to be the case.
Re Top to bottom management - Do not think Levy suggesting manager manages all the kids, just to take more notice of them so knows when they are ready for first team (rumours that HR ignored this).
Re Europa League - just trying to present a balanced view of HR's efforts with kids

I can totally make up a link that will make people happy
Pump up be [sic] Jam is a song by Salt 'n' Peppa.......or as she calls herself as she raps Pep (she will make you work up a sweat)
BOOM!
That's what I hope it means, but it's not really what it says.
He wants a manager who will run things from top to bottom and not just concentrate on the first team.
Let's hope it's just ambiguous wording.
So would JJ saying that AVB and Sturridge don't get on after stating that he thought Sturridge would more likely go to Liverpool indicate that AVB will be our new boss? Although he did say he thought Sturridge would rather come to us, so would that indicate that AVB isn't going to be our new boss? . Fucked if I know. I'm too old for this shit.
Pump up the Jam is by Technotronic, Happy.
Bejam and Vertonghen paraded on the same day. Awesome!
Take the Q & A session with JJ's earlier post that Sturridge might prefer Liverpool.
Likeliehood is that manager is AVB ===> Sturridge to Liverpool
