I've come back from work then playing football to find lots of ITK on here today, which is nice. This good news is only tampered by the fact the top of my bumcrack smells of pickled onion monster munch.

I can live with AVB, he's easy as 123. Not the same feelings for him post Chelsea but hopefully the situation was impossible there and he has a point to prove. I just have to try and get used to the gravelocity. He just needs to cough and I'll like him more.

Also, even though Siggi & Modric are different players, I'll be happy for him to be Modder's official replacement if we're changing our tactics slightly. We lost Berbs & Keane in one horrid swoop and ended up playing CL footie just 2 years later for the first time ever. We'll cope without him though it'd be awesome if he stayed.

Fantastic detailed information on the bumcrack thing. Do make sure that if you're holding AVBs balls when he coughs, you wash your hands both before and after. Or I'll have to pass on your kind offer of a monster munch...

Believe me, you wouldn't want to be within 3 miles of it at the moment. 90 minutes of running in stupidly hot weather = no go zone.

Ok so let's get this straight. You are happy for player who played for Swansea last season and who was not seen as good enough for a moderate bunsesliga side and a player who has been linked to the might of Liverpoo and Reading to replace the world class talent who has shone at the Euros against some of the best players in the world at the very highest level and a player who has been linked to the biggest club in the world.

I'm sorry but If this goes through it is a MASSIVE step back. This is no where near a like for like replacement. Whatever way you want to spin it. This is not a sign of a club moving forward. Quite the opposite.

Nothing against the player, from what I have seen he looks ok. But he is no where near the level of Modric.

He's more of a Lampard than a Modric though, and at £8M he's not really a big risk is he? Actually he's probably more of a Kranjcar replacement than Modric.
