11pm I believe, mate.
Cheers. No real need to book the Tuesday off if that's the case then.
11pm I believe, mate.
Thank you, that's the correct answer.
Can you imagine how weird it will be if we get all our signings tied up early and sign no-one on deadline day? (Mwhahaha, and you can't optimistic rate me!)
I'm actually planning my holiday so I don't miss deadline day. That's incredibly sad, right?
I am having surgery on August 12 th, and will be off work for 6 weeks. So, I get 3 weeks pre-deadline day and 3 weeks post- deadline day to be depressed or elated ( provided, of course that I survive the operation, or else it will be a real DEADline).I'm actually planning my holiday so I don't miss deadline day. Meh, after we've announced it, the moment is goneSorry A&C, I have to do it.
We may be on the verge of making a signing or two, but not the cusp.
After the cusp , the moment is gone.
It's a common misuse of the word "cusp".
Please don't hate me, but I feel I have to keep you on the straight and narrow ( especially with your tendency towards deviancy ).
Cheers. No real need to book the Tuesday off if that's the case then.

Yep... "Clubs will have an extra two days to complete their summer business with the window closing at 2300 BST on Monday, 2 September." - http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/transfers
I do like the idea of Livermore out on loan to a PL club.
Would be good to see what he can do for a season when he gets a good run of games. Dont think he will be a starter for us, but a squad player or hopefully just increase his value
Just read jasper's itk. Some great bits of info but I have to disagree with one thing.
I've spoken to someone at Spurs and asked about Fryers. He's nowhere near ready to replace BAE so I doubt we will observe to see if he's good enough just now. If we really are selling BAE I hope we have a left back lined up ASAP. Just because Rose is not good enough to play left wing doesn't automatically mean you play left back. He has a lot to learn defensively and we don't have time to train a player to play left back.
For Sunderland! A team who was nearly relegated! What's the point in signing paulinho, villa etc etc and playing Danny rose left back! Come on seriously.... We might as well keep BAE at left back because he's 100 times better than rose. Would Danny Rose play left back for the other top 4 teams? Liverpool? Everton? NO!Rose played left back one year at Sunderland and showed in my opinion that he is at least a good alternative. I think it sounds plausible to start pre season with Fryers and Rose. Fryers gets a chance to impress.
And in late August we can look which left back is available for a decent price. Maybe even Coentrao?
I can survive 6(ish) hours sleep before work.
Ah but you're forgetting that deals are still being ratified & announced for a couple of hours after the 'deadline clock' has counted down, or even longer if Arseanal want to re-sign Arshavin & Levy wants to re-sign VdV
Just echoing what Coopsie said. All the best mate, hope it all goes smoothly!I am having surgery on August 12 th, and will be off work for 6 weeks. Good commitment to the cause!Last time I was on holiday during the end of the Summer window I had to walk 2 miles to an internet cafe in the middle of some tiny village in Turkey...it was worth the wait though to sign Van der Vaart had signed.
Hopefully Levy can make my holiday as good as the last
