'Nation' home grown is when players have trained in england for 3 years between the ages of 15-21. E.g sigurdsson
'Club' home grown is when players have trained at a certain club or 3 years between the ages of 15-21 e.g caulker
Clubs need to register atleast 4 'club' home grown players in European competitions

IN: Halilovic + Jedvaj 17-18m + Paulinho 16-18m + striker 15-17m. Lets say 60m to be on the safe side
Out: Dempsey 5 - Huddlestone 5-6m - Parker 4m Livermore 4m - Gomes 2-3 lets say 20m
thats total 50m spend but remeber, last season we got 47m in TV money and this year 98m. So if we think that It means we goes without spending any money at all if we would have the same amout tv money as last season. Now we can think that we are +50 and can maby put our wages a bit higher to keep bale and bring in players like Paulinho and such Dont say that Levy and the club think like this but i want to be optemistic COYS !!!!! PAULINHO !!!
