Thats my thinking. We need to start taking a chance on players like this for that reason. As was mentioned earlier and i know ive only seen a You Tube clip (although cant stop watching it!) but he looks like he can become a "Mr Versitile" for us.
And i'd love a player named Vlad in the team
I thought that we might bring in another centre half after hearing that Kaboul has the same type of injury as Owen Hargreaves. Such a shame, was really looking forward to watching him partner Vertonghen this season.
Thats Sandro who has the same injury as Hargraveaves - sadly kaboul's is like Kings its bone on bone
The commentator for yesterday's game said Kaboul's was a tendon injury. Sandro did his cruciate
Cruciate or tendon I'm not sure of - but he said Sandro's was 'like' Hargreaves's. He might have been talking total rubbish mind.
Complete no Brainer!!He is young, has determination, technique and has had great games in the Europa League against Chelsea and Ajax. At that price I would say that he is definitely worth a shot.
He's terrible on crosses.
Somebody had to do it.
am sure he said KaboulCruciate or tendon I'm not sure of - but he said Sandro's was 'like' Hargreaves's. He might have been talking total rubbish mind.
am sure he said Kaboul
Vlad Chiriches is considered to be the most promising Romanian defenders since Chivu. Upon the sale of the player he is expected to be the most expensive transfer out of the Romanian league. There have been numerous teams rumored to be interested in him amongst the most serious contenders have appeared to be A.C. Milan and Roma. Bearing in mind that Roma had the last concrete offer in for the player, before Baldini left, it is not a huge surprise that Spurs are now touted to be in for his services. I am certain that he will be leaving Steaua this summer and the confirmation appeared in todays papers in Romania. The owner/financier of the team is currently in jail and the team could really use the money from his transfer. He confirmed that he will let him go but only after he fulfills his duties and takes the team to the Champions League. (Steaua are currently in the preliminary qualification stages of the CL). He is expected to be sold for around 7 million Euros which is apparently the latest solid bid. The offer has come from an English club, most certainly Spurs.
