KK just throwing it out there. Really obvious to assume that Willian is done from JJ's post, first time he mentions that Levy would "worry" (put in quotes as JJ obviously meant it to be tongue and cheek) about finances.
Am certainly not scrutinizing the post to death, it just struck me when I first read the post and thought I would share the thought on JJ's post as this is the ITK thread. If you disagree fair enough, don't get your knickers in a twist.
And the thought sprang to my mind because of this tweet from JJ a few days ago.

I believe so, or at least be thereabouts with Citeh.
If the Bale for £93m rumours are true then we'll have pretty much offset what we have spent with that sale, let alone the money in from other outgoings so far. Not sure if the wage bill would be higher though.
I'd love to see a comprised list of transfer and wages in against out for this summer. Anyone know where I could get this info?
