I didn't mind the 1st one but after that it was just annoying.

Pranks are good as they get such varied reactions from people, I just didn't find the humour in it.

Hope the guys involved get fined.

So it appears that we lied about saying a partizan fan was involved

There was someone filming them. He must have gave them instructions of when he was ready. Whether he was in the Partizn end I don't know.

I hope no one has any ideas about a repeat performance at the Death Star, I'd like to think we've more class than that as a set of fans.

Hopefully the club will pass this on to UEFA and we won't be punished.
I would imagine they will also get a lifetime ban from English stadiums.

Also another reason to end the deal with StubHub, and to only issue tickets to games like this to supporters who are on the club's database.

It's actually a totally unacceptable performance by our security. The first guy to respond was that guy in the suit. Now I'm assuming, given his attire, that he is our Head of Security. He seems to run around forever totally and completely alone with no support. Finally after what felt like a lifetime, he was joined by his staff. What the hell took them so long to respond? And even when there is a bunch of them, there's no catch tactics whatsoever, they're just running around, so farcically, no organisation, like a pile of lads pissed coming out of Piccadilly fucking Circus! And a circus is exactly what it was. Look at 1:39. That is just a comically, outrageously, PATHETIC catch up effort by that steward, like he's going for a light jog on a sunday bloody morning. Does he even take his job seriously? Our club surely has to look at that response and ask if it was good enough. For me, it was nowhere even close.

we need to get some younger faster, thinner stewards innit....these blokes dont look as though they could catch a sloth :D

That's what I just said, only summarised.

What do you mean by pass it on to UEFA? And I'm not sure what you're getting at with your stubhub suggestion. Giving tickets to non database people has nothing to do with stub hub. Haven't you heard of our off the street ticket office where anyone can buy a ticket?

My mate does the recruitment for stewards at Spurs. They are not permanent, they get 5 hours work a week. None of them are licensed/well trained and not many of them are supporters. He's been round colleges in Tottenham trying to get local people interested but none are. So they go for eastern Europeans. I would do it just to see free games but I have other responsibilities at the moment.

Who's at fault? Who would you suggest comes into our security team? Take it you think it's missing pace and a bit of youth. Or do you think a new head of security could give the team a bit more organisation, and therefore that's where the changes should be made?

By passing to UEFA - it's inevitible they will charge us along the lines of "unable to control own fans" when in fact they weren't our fans at all.

What I'm getting at is that anyone can get hold of a ticket via StubHub. No need to be a supported of the club, just Joe Bloggs who's looking to get away with a prank or two.
Previously tickets were resold on the club website, but you had to have a Client Reference Number to buy them.
If you aren't on the club's database (either as previously being a member, or ticket purchaser) then you shouldn't be sold a ticket.

Police have their little area in the top corner.... maybe they should sit a sniper up there with a tranquiliser gun!

So how do you get new supporters? Stub Hub for all it's faults is not the problem, really there isn't a problem. How many invasions have we had in the last 10 years? The club should just sue them for whatever amount we get fined by UEFA. That will send a clear message for people not to do it.

I've been saying it for years. They should bring back national service to teach some of these little mofos some respect.

In these little pr1cks cases, I'd ask the UK to send them into the Afghan army.

Twats.

Yeah, lets teach them how to shoot guns. that will help!

If they left it at the first guy I would have no problem with it, I was there and found it pretty funny he was taking selfies as did most people in the ground. Had they left it there, there is every chance I would have gone home and retweeted his selfies and said how funny I found it and probably even upload my own video of him being chased.

But because of the other two I think they're wankers and refuse to even mention it on social media because that's what they want. I hope the club and authorities make an example of them now!

I did a bit of stewarding at Wembley, Stamford bridge, and a couple of other grounds in the late 90's whilst at Uni. We only did the stewarding to get into the matches, and it culminating in getting into all the EURO 96 games for free (missed the dutch game cos of a final exam - gutted).
However, we were just a bunch of misfits trying to get in and watch the match. We were quite clearly told that if anything goes down, we were not to tackle fans ourselves but to alert and wait for the professional security staff.
Therefore its unfair to blame the part-time stewards - although they should have been watching the crowd - no doubt a lot will be there to get into the games for free and probably not equipped to tackle the invaders.

Seems this trollstation and bassbuds were in some sort of cahoots ... tut tut.

Well, they tweeted about trollstation just before the match...

http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/nov/28/tottenham-pitch-invaders-repeat-prank-london

Also, trollstation are arsenal fans which they seemed to enjoy tweeting about too.

Is it just me that finds the irony in the fact the photo the guardian uses here is actually of the second intruder, and I'm sure he's the one that owns trollstation!

I was sitting behind him
