Chelsea at home to a team in a lower division....there's a shock.

Did somebody Boo us when we got drawn out? Wankers.

Think we'll beat Burnley myself. Being away is a bonus too (never thought id see the day that id say that!)

We really should be beating Burnley away. We're better away and Burnley are one of the weaker PL teams. I'm so annoyed we didn't get a home match though- it's one of the only matches I can go to.

For the oldies a cup game v Burnley is a bit of a classic tie. Beat them in the final in 62, and I was at a great cup match in 1966 when we won 4-3 at WHL after being 2-3 down. Last minute winner. I think Cliff Jones played the 2nd half with a broken arm. "Those were the days..."!

Great tie for me in terms of locality. Love a bit of Turf Moor as well, but I'd be interested to see how many Premier League ties we've had in the 3rd round in say the last 7 or 8 years.

I was at that 4-3 too with a school mate. 0-2 down after about 5 mins, levelled, then 2-3 down, Gilzean with the winner in the last minute to complete his hat-trick.
They don't make 'em like that anymore.

Gillie hat-trick if I remember correctly.

Well, if we are looking for a cup this season, we need to show we can even beat sides below us in the PL.

Newcastle will probably kick us out of the League Cup...and I don't see how we beat Chelsea.

Just the two: Arsenal last season and Wigan in 2009.
