I did not predict in time, but I wanted either Bournemouth or Blythe,... away of course...

Burnley away? well I got the "B" and the away, so close enough I suppose....

(as usual manUre face no competition)

We really should be beating Burnley away. We're better away and Burnley are one of the weaker PL teams. I'm so annoyed we didn't get a home match though- it's one of the only matches I can go to.

Wouldn't be surprised if they prioritise the league and rest a few players for the FA Cup.

Really wanted Fulham away. Miss not having that match this season.

Packing the Putney end, loads of singing.

Oh well, should beat Burnley.

And then we went and got knocked out by Preston, who were at the wrong end of the old Division Two then.

My first FA Cup away game. The 'Henry's' coach got lost on the way up so we missed Jimmy Greaves opener. I recall Pat Jennings dropping a rare bollock for one of their goals, but that's about it (you'll be aware we lost 2-1). Alex Dawson rings a bell?

The week before the game I'd been told by my school Headmaster that if I chose to follow Tottenham instead of representing the school on the same day I'd never be selected again (you know what it's like, 12yrs old, playing upfront & scoring for fun!). But me and my dad went to Preston anyway, I turned up for school on Monday morning only to find the school match had been frozen off.

So bollocks to you Mr Watkins, wherever you are. You were from 'The Valleys' and hated football.

I thought we had United one year too, must have been later.

We were drawn away to United two years running (07/08, 08/09), but both were in the fourth round. We took the lead in both, but lost both (#Spursy). No-one really gave a toss though as both games came immediately after reaching the League Cup final. 07/08 was particularly fun ("WE BEAT THE SCUM 5-1" for 90 minutes solid). Good times.

Good chance there will be a Stream available, given both are PL teams.

I'd like to think Louis Van Gaal's response to the draw was "Accrington Stanley? Who are they?"

Was it in the League Cup we played Burnley away a few seasons ago, beat them in the last minute?

I seem to remember we lost 3-2 or something but went through after smashing them in the first leg?

Yeah, that was the year after we won it. Won the first leg 4-1 and lost the second leg 3-2. Pav saved us, I seem to recall.

If I am right in thinking we lost that game 3-0, but the rules stated that away goals only counted after extra time, in which we grabbed two late goals.

Horror show from Ben Alnwick in goal.

Anyone know when tix might be available?
