I can usually find positives with any transfer, but I don't think there is anything about Victor Moses to be happy about. Diving **** as well.

Is Moses really that bad? Seem to recall him as a promising youngster with Wigan and then he dropped off a cliff and has hardly played?

Smokescreen Time !
So we pretend we want Moses, so Stoke drop interest in Kono... we let Stoke have free run at Moses, and we go for Kono, who even with 'attitude problems in abundance (allegedly) is still more palatable to us all than VIctor Moses?

Victor Moses? Yeah, real fucking ambitious Dear Leader. Top 4 ambition right the fuck there. CL here we come, baby!:mad:

Here we go again...

[mind blown] What if Poch and his team want Moses, and the club are backing the manager [/mind blown]

It seems like every time someone doesn't agree with a transfer rumour it must be DL's fault....

So basically we have a newspaper report and an ITK saying he 'fits the description' or somesuch and some of you lot are wetting your pantyhose.

Why don't you wait for some actual solid ITK rather than the vaguest of vagues. I'm stunned. Literally stunned.

Please tell me you don't take this degree of overreaction into your real 'offline' lives. You can't do. Otherwise we'd be seeing scenes similar to Basil Fawlty thrashing his car with a twig on a daily basis.

Sack the manager and his team! :D

How about the club back the manager with option A,b,c not option Z. Anyway it's a load of nonsense. I doubt Poch has watched Moses more then 1-2 times never mind put him on his list of players he wants at the club.

And the chances of Mitchell and his team coming up with this 'brainwave' is close to 0.

trix:
As things stand Ourselves, Arsenal and Yanited have all declared an interest in signing MS, and both PSG and Citeh have asked to be kept informed of any developments. He is our first choice option, where as it appears he is not for any of the other cubs and they are all actively chasing other options with MS being their plan B. This is what we are hoping is our USP, and it sounds now as if MS and his agent have set a deadline for concrete offers. IE make me an offer or get off the pot. Arsenal I'm told are confident of Vidal and are holding out to make sure he comes through this tournament first.
It is not the case that he has chosen anyone as yet and he has said he wants to wait and weigh up all his options, but it is assumed(by us) that should he get a concrete offer from either of the others he will go there. He is not however willing to hang around for weeks only to be blown out for Vidal for example. Deadline is this week so we are still very much in with a chance, although it is as much in the hands of others as it is in our own.

I want us to sign Moses now. The meltdown would be unlike anything that's come before.

"Coooo...Coooo...Coooo"

Call and it shall arrive.

Welp, I don't think we'll get him. We never win out in situations like this.

The expectations aren't too dissimilar - like the room with the view episode:

Guest: "When I pay for a view, I expect something more interesting than that."
Basil: "But that is Torquay, madam."
Guest: "Well it's not good enough."
Basil: "Well may I ask what you expected to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically across the plain..."

It would be nice to have some positivity towards transfers, rather than "he's rubbish". After all, no one rated Sturridge when he was in the same situation as Moses, but he's done alright since (injuries aside, but that's par for Liverpool).
