Absolutely this.

But you'll have all sorts of little chestnuts flying about when the team news comes through;

Mike Green: another one bites the dust.
I agree...but remember man city's millions compare to WBrom - they could play Corluka and pull out of the deal, can WBrom do that?
I'm not trying to cause a shit storm but these two clubs cannot be compared IMO

I was also at the u21 game, and I don't know what makes the other poster think that Lennon was training with the team . He was stood watching the u21 game! In fact when Kyle walker and Danny rose came over to him they greeted him as if they hadn't seen him for a few days (asking how his weekend was etc)

Even if Lennon is training with the first team I doubt he travelled to Manchester with the squad so they probably hadn't seen him for a few days.

:facepalm:We signed Corluka before Mansour owned the club... As every one has said him playing tonight means nothing...

Hope people don't lose it on here if/when Berahino starts tonight. I remember Corluka playing for Oil Money after signing for us. He'd even posed in a Spurs top, then Oil Money delayed the deal for some reason.

Berahino playing tonight would not rule out the possibility of him joining in the next few days.

I think he will play tonight, against a team that is apparently interested in him and would cough up more than the asking price to purchase him. As was stated by ITK a while back SB + WBA were waiting to see if anyone else was interested. Hopefully we can get this done though.

with all the chat on here about how hard transfers are and we don't know what goes on behind the scenes, Gards has pretty much said this is due to us not paying enough for Berahino. This is the problem with all ou transfers, we aren't willing to pay the amount teams want, so it all drags out like it has

The positive is that Albion have brought in two new strikers though I have no idea who else they have on their books or if they offloaded anyone already

This sentiment has only come from gards as far as I have seen. The other ITK's haven't said anything about finances being the issue.

Trying to interpret what we have been told about Bera. Reckon he will come, but part of the negotiation sees the price come down marginally in return for them continuing to pick and play him whilst they acquire replacements and get them match fit.
We can take him sooner by invoking a clause, should Kane go over.

He will play tonight and hopefully stink the place out. Don't trust City, Sterling as their third striker sounds risky to me, given all they're involved in, and the kid they might also pick obviously equally so.

We signed Corluka on the same day Abu Dhabi bought City. Lets not forget that they bought City off Thaksin Shinawatra, who splashed the cash about too. Dirty cash at that.

I wouldn't be reading into whether he plays or not, I'd be reading into his reaction to playing more than anything. He'll be out to impress - who can blame him?

N'jie is looking more likely right now.

It's okay, when he's taken off in the 83rd minute after a first half-hatrick, throwing his shirt to a ball-boy as he leaves the pitch and blowing kisses to all four corners of the hawthorns, then we'll know he's signing for us tomorrow.

(This is not ITK by the way)
