Between Rebrab earlier today and JJ just now- I think we can be quite optimistic that we have tied up the deal for N'jie. Although no definites untill we see it officially announced of course.
Foresee him picking up plenty of cards this season.Clinton it is then.

So, what you're saying is, whatever you want to think is correct. Not what is actually an accurate or intelligent way to think. You are defending someone's persistent ignorance on the basis that "well it's not natural to think about why things are actually happening".
As much as it appears to be a futile attempt, I am trying to get people to think how the club might be thinking. A sentence like "we don't pay the selling clubs what they want" is not a sentence that can be left untouched. I'm posting about why a business may be thinking like that based on real life examples of how you, as an individual, may buy something.
In the same way that my mates want me to buy a house with a big fucking swimming pool and will be fucked off if I don't, my needs as a house-buyer are that I pay the right price for the right quality of house in the right area regardless of how many beers they bring round.
No, not what I'm saying. So, what you're saying is, whatever you want to think is correct. Not what is actually an accurate or intelligent way to think.
Yes, I am.You are defending someone's persistent ignorance on the basis that "well it's not naturalto think about why things are actually happening".
I know. And I started by saying you are right. But fans don't run the business, thus the fans' judgement of how well it is doing is different. As much as it appears to be a futile attempt, I am trying to get people to think how the club might be thinking. I'm still none the wiser, but this raised a chuckle, thanksAs in (Warr)en G??

I'm not saying you are wrong. You aren't. But you are presenting a simplified picture.
Fans are not buyers or sellers. They are patrons. Ie. we spend our bitterly earned money, but we are left with no say in the operation. We don't share in the profit. We are not necessarily better off from a "bargain" on the purchasing side. Without being a direct stakeholder, we know we are vital to the business. No fans, no income, no operation. At all.
It's like going to a restaurant. I don't own it. I'm not responsible for the salary, or how hard it is to fetch good staff. I simply want good value for my money. So naturally, I think they can offer higher quality of wine for the same price. Or a bigger portion for the same price. Or less salt in the main course but more chocolate in the desert.
In short, I'm not heard, the restaurant owner doesn't listen to me. But I think I should be offered more for the money I leave behind at an establishment that is not my own. An establishment which only exist because my affiliation with it exists.
The fans fund football. Directly AND indirectly, football exists because fans exist. It is only natural to expect that the club desires to improve our experience beyond a normal framework of how an average buying and selling process develops.
That's in fact why we love ITK. "Does it look like the club finally will take seriously my hopes of improved entertainment, in return for my long standing loyalty and funding?"
But you're always the optimist of the groupI'm going to be wary of the N'Jie thing until it's announced. Lacazette went down with a back problem yesterday. If its anything worthy of missing time, I wouldnt be surprised if Lyon end up nixing the deal.
There's always one. What if JJ was referring to Fazio being sold to Lyon????
