What i could do for some 'spotted arriving/leaving private clinic/training ground' ITK.

Obviously the stood stamp would be the bollocks too.
He was spotted at Gatwick today, the Lyon chairman has praised Levy for fair negotiations, L'Equipe are saying it's done, the ITK's are saying it's done, I think we can be 99% sure this one's just waiting to be officially announced subject to a work permit

I'm honestly extremely surprised none of our top 4 rivals have tried to gazump us for berahino, just for the sake of screwing us over...it's so obvious he's our only option at this point in the window, and if we don't get him wed be left incredibly thin at striker. Our season would be done if Kane got injured at all.

I'm not sure all of them consider Us rivals. We've very much gone back to a rebuilding phase compared to a few seasons back.

Maybe that tells you how much of a 'threat' we actually are right now and how good he is

Possibly silly thinking but I always thought Fergie signed Berbatov as a disruption to our plans. They didn't really want him or use him. Turned his head with moolah and fame.

I think the richer clubs are happy for us to have Berahino, he is good but they are terrified in case we bring in a young one of our own again.
Pleased to see ITK's optimistic about this deal now, if we can pull this one in we'll have two clear weeks to chase our DM.

Think a few have mentioned it but I wouldn't rule out City just yet.

He was theirs and the leagues top scorer in his second season wasn't he? No way we were anywhere near enough to them for him to spend 30m scuppering us.
Scuppering City may have been a nice bonus to buying a top class player though

I think at the back of about five chairmen's minds for a last ditch, rescue-the-window kind of acquisition, smacking of the aroma of Fraser Campbell, is one

CHARLIE AUSTIN.

Im thinking that's including N'jie, I want to know what poch meant when he said he felt they only need 1 striker, does he see N'jie as a striker for example,

N'jie would be the one down, so two or three more possible. Personally wouldn't read much into what Poch said in press conference.

I don't think Gards is saying it is including N'jie as he says 1 down and then 2 or 3 to come, so if N'jie is "down" he is already done and not "to come".

I wouldn't read to much into Poch's "we only need 1 striker" quote as Soldado was a Spurs player then, so when he leaves, it will be "we now need an additional to replace Bobby".

I think N'jie is the "1 down" (hence the #welcomeclinton)

So, Gards is expecting 2 more - presumably Berahino and a CM? With a 3rd player also possible.

We would still need to see 2-3 more out - after Soldado.

Still waiting for N'Jie confirmation, but I do wonder if any delay might be due to a player plus cash arrangement, as per Siggy.

Doubt it the N'Jie contract would stand by itself and if there is another contract for Fazio (or whoever) to go there that would stand alone, in both cases the deals would be done with payment clauses - and the clubs can later decide to net the payments off or not.
