Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino revealed the biggest sign that his players felt this was two points dropped at Everton.

"Normally we have music in the dressing room," said the Argentine. "We did not after this game because we are disappointed.

"Maybe tomorrow we can feel proud we have a point but now we feel this is two points lost. This is good for the future and I'm really pleased because it shows we have a winning mentality."

Really am loving this mentality that Poch has installed throughout the club

Best form over the Christmas period.

Nice.

Thought today was a strong argument to strengthen with another striker though. Kano looked leggy to say the least.
Even the experts and commentators are arguing for us that we need a striker in. Still no striker in

Was watching the game with a non spurs fan. He said, 'whos this carrol guy? He's class!'.

Genuinely embaressing how quick people are to scap

The majority of commentators think Eriksen consistently delivers great corners and all Liverpool fans think it's 1980 so please forgive me for not taking the word of the guy you watched the game with.

If Arsenal can get tonked 4 nil at soton and get a very very lucky win and home to Newc, there two away games against Stoke and Liverpool are going to be very interesting

Everton did not offer much apart from the last 5 mins when our players were tired.
It was predictable that Lennon would do the damage - MP clearly has a blind spot when it comes to intelligent wide players like him, and think they offer no threat. Think again.

Just watched the match. Great game of football tbf. First half was as dominant as I have seen us since against West Ham. Absolutely battered them minus their jammy goal.

You have to expect a response from the home side after half time which happened. We tired badly in the 2nd half and I felt better changes would have been Bentaleb for Carroll to try and take control back of midfield and maybe take Kane off as he was shot.

Anyway certainly not a bad point but difficult not to be disappointed after the way we started.

Same. And even though we were struggling a bit right at the end of the game I still felt a sense of urgency from the players to get forward and try and score a winner and to not settle for a point. The signs are all very right with this squad of players at the moment!

I've always thought Liverpool are a title contender with great credentials and more than good for a point against Arsenal...:cautious::cautious:

Son is a Korean Siguardsson. Runs around a lot chasing shadows with the odd goal thrown in.
Remember when Lamela was like bambi on ice? When Willian was missing open goals for Chelsea, Ozil was getting stick from his own fans and the media?

Son started well but has obviously lost a lot of confidence since his injury. Let's not write him off straight away. Never make a judgement on a foreign player coming into the PL until 1 year and a full pre-season IMO.

Anyone think we should play Son upfront v Leicester in the cup and give Kane a rest? It will settle the argument for Kane's backup and leave Kane fresh for the Wednesday clash. I'd sacrifice the cup for top four This year.

Plus when he began his career with us he was starting games. He's been a lot better in those than coming off the bench. He's only had a handful of appearances in a new league and I think with a few more starts he will improve. I'm excited by him.

Overall a great Christmas period considering we had 3 away games. Bit disappointed with our second half today thought we lacked composure in the final 3rd, defensively we were excellent though.

People are criticising Poch's subs but I would expect Chadli and Son to play better when they were given their opportunities. Chadli done nothing to help his cause and Son couldn't control the ball at all.

Kane and Dier looked absolutely knackered in the last half hour but I can understand why Poch didn't want to take them off.

The second half was disappointing, but we played some sublime stuff in the first half. So unlucky to hit the woodwork twice. Kane looked jaded in the second half, it's no surprise we need another striker. I fear WBA will f**k us around with Bera. It's Dembele or Austin for me. I don't want a long protracted January saga only for him to be sold to a rival club on deadline day.

We seem to go into a slow mode during second halves, this has happened against Newcastle, Watford and now Everton. Yes, we were unlucky not to be three one in front in the first half. For us to finish in the top four, we need to avoid giving away points like we did today.

How was Son's confidence even brought into discussion when he has not even been starting matches consecutively and showing he was that bad.. Goodness!

A few poor touches in one 20 minutes as sub of a high tempo and everyone's game to win/lose are being taken too serious IMHO.. Relax!

Score the winner against Leicester and the same people will be sucking his nads.
