Ok so I've calmed down abit. Look I agree that I love watching the fight but we lost our heads in this game totally.

Not being bullied and showing fight and just being dirty and losing your shit are two different things.

I agree but I think you are forgetting how young everyone is. Chelsea are all the finished article. they have had years to learn the dark arts - Costa FFS!

Our players (and Poch) will learn from this but we cannot expect our players to be the old enough and experienced enough to deal with this level of pressure. It's games like tonight's that will give us this experience. We will be a better team for this.

I totally expect Poch to bollock everyone and it will be a learning experience for all concerned.

Is anyone now saying "Lads, it's Spurs"? Are they fuck!

What happened at the end? Vorm got seriously involved and Poch was everywhere trying to keep peace. I don't know why but it got me really emotional seeing Poch in the middle of it all.

Biggest disappointment, other than losing that 2 goal lead was Dembele doing that eye gouge on Costa. I look up to Dembele a lot and was saddened to see him do that.

It really feels like a loss because we were so close but everyone was always against us.

All the emotion on the field today was crazy but I am proud they got stuck in.

Dier very lucky not to receive a second yellow and when Hazard scored, did anyone see Kane's reaction? So so much emotion it made my heart sink.

Nothing to see here. Young inexperienced players who have never been in this position before. Bound to happen. Won't be the case next season when we win the league.

We all have different views.

My view is that I totally support us losing the plot. For the first time in my life this season, and particularly tonight, I've seen a togetherness. You kick my mate I'll kick you attitude. It was unprofessional, but for me, totally warranted.

I love you Spurs

I can't believe Willian played the ball wide when they he had the chance to win it. Just shows what a shit club they are to be more bothered about stopping us.

I really want to know what happened in the tunnel. Vorm looked a bit unsteady on his feet, and Poch was not letting him go into the tunnel. It wouldn't surprise me if one of the Chelsea players has punched him.

Obviously gutted at the result and performance, but we've just secured automatic CL qualification (as others have pointed out).

Whenever you're aiming for the stars it's inevitable that there will be disappointments like tonight, but whilst we all feel crushed by two dropped points, the point we took from the Bridge means we'll be in the group stages of the CL (barring three freak results).

It shows how far we've come to be so down tonight. Most seasons we'd be celebrating as the players threw buckets of water over Pochettino! We're in the Champions League group stages. Just let that sink in and enjoy it. Tonight will be a distant memory when that music is blaring out in our last season at White Hart Lane. Few could have expected this at the start of the season.

Again, I repeat, the aftermath of a classic Spurs collapse against Chelsea, which resulted in us handing the league to Leicester, is not the time for perspective!

Tomorrow, maybe. But right now i feel depressed/angry/ashamed/confused.

After a fantastic season we went out like we always do. By throwing it away at the end.

Sickening.
Hey, you know what, in seasons gone by we'd have lost that so it's an improvement!
Just wish it wasn't to that bunch of bar stewards...

I actually can't believe why some can be disappointed with the lads today.. Yes, we threw away a two goal lead, that's my only disappointment.. But they displayed all these acts out of playing for the better of our team against those riling and provocative players under a toxic shameless stadium.. So were we supposed to walk away meekly and pulled away challenges.. Come on, they are mature guys full of testosterone.. These lads did not do that against the rest of the 19 teams, so what did today tell us about Chelsea Football Club, seriously....

Only Dembele's act was the poor one.. The rest, give them a pad on the shoulders! They deserved everything but disappointment from the fans!

And I think next season no one will see us as soft anymore.. Fuck off!

The passion is brilliant and I do agree that it is nice to have a team that cares so much and shows passion. The fact of the matter is though is that how we acted in the 2nd half is not the way to show it. We got too emotional, lost our heads and not only could we have had multiple players sent off but our football struggled as a result. The last 15 minutes of play was so broken up due to fouls and handbags we hardly saw any actual fucking football being played and it obviously lessened our chances of getting another goal, it played right into Chelsea's hands and the game just had no flow whatsoever.

I would hope that we rise above that in future. You say you can't believe that some would be disappointed and I get what you're saying but if for instance every team acted like Chelsea every week we could not act like how we did today in return, it just wouldn't benefit us. We want to show aggression but controlled aggression, not recklessness.

This is Chelseas way - this is how they play when they know they can't win on ability, now they know we mean business for future. How the times are changing can you imagine them being happy with a point against us before, regardless of it ending our slim title challenge. I pity them - actually i want to Cantona Kung Fu kick every twatish Chelsea fan..

All his fault it resulted in that disgusting game.

It's laughable how big of a disgrace Chelsea is from top to bottom. The "you're fucking shit" song at 2-2 with a 20+ point differential between the clubs, a bunch of assholes that feels like their sole purpose on the pitch is try to get people sent off (Ivanovic/Costa) and obviously the only time the show up during a Title-defense season is in Match 36. Fuck em all.

So, we could potentially against Soton line up as:

--------------------- Lloris
Trippier -- Wimmer -- Vertonghen -- Davies
---------------- Dier ------- Mason
Chadli ------------ Eriksen ------------- Son
----------------------- Kane

Brill

We could play Poch... hold on he might get banned as well.

Don't know why you bother to call yourself a Spurs fan I have never seen you write anything positive about our club. I am proud of us this year we have only let ourselves down 3 or 4 times for such a young team that is excellent The pressure they have been under chasing such a large gap to Leicester has been huge and has shown in the last 2 matches. They can hold their heads high and hope fully learn from this experience COYS

Loser mentality. We fucked it up, and we did it against the worst club in the world.

I'm gutted to see us throw it away like that and give Chelsea the chance to lord it over us at home for the 26th season in a row.

If that doesn't bother you then fair enough. I wish I was as sanguine about Spurs as that. Maybe I'll get there one day.
