Obviously gutted at the result and performance, but we've just secured automatic CL qualification (as others have pointed out).

Whenever you're aiming for the stars it's inevitable that there will be disappointments like tonight, but whilst we all feel crushed by two dropped points, the point we took from the Bridge means we'll be in the group stages of the CL (barring three freak results).

It shows how far we've come to be so down tonight. Most seasons we'd be celebrating as the players threw buckets of water over Pochettino! We're in the Champions League group stages. Just let that sink in and enjoy it. Tonight will be a distant memory when that music is blaring out in our last season at White Hart Lane. Few could have expected this at the start of the season.

Yep agreed, every season now it must be race for the title not race for 4th

Leicester have no direct rivals in the league. They've benefitted from that. We were always going to have it tough when those 3 teams will try to do anything to stop us.

Nothing can be done to level this out unfortunately but it's a major factor.

Imagine they had 2-3 similar ability based rivals who would raise their game ten fold every time they played them.

Guarantee we would be champions right now.

Think we have 3 players banned for our next match...that's just silly. Appreciate that we showed fight but it wasn't pretty. Hope Toby's alright...

We've got to realise that getting involved in all that fighting and nonsense in a Derby away from home just serves to fire up the home fans and as a by product the home players.

Needed to keep our heads play our game and close it out

Still a point was a minimum needed for keeping the goons behind us. Gives us a bit of breathing space due to our goal difference.

I would hope that we rise above that in future. You say you can't believe that some would be disappointed and I get what you're saying but if for instance every team acted like Chelsea every week we could not act like how we did today in return, it just wouldn't benefit us. We want to show aggression but controlled aggression, not recklessness.
I could only feel this club is capable of that.. The rest have some dignity, no matter the slightest even, to not go to that level..

Despite the loss of discipline, that aggression and ..well we didn't allow our selves to be bullied tonight. We just need to challenge that emotion and aggression in a different and more positive way. Bodes well though.

A lot of learning to do. But i think we crossed that line today. Unfortunate and understandable, but it does show a side to us that is massively important. And Chelsea knew how to wind us up. They are the experienced team at being in our position. They have lost heads in the same position, and done it to others. All the top teams do it.

Some Chelsea fans saying Walker flicked Snot at Costa?

This is true, he flung something towards his direction from his nose. Saw it on t.v. just after he made that great tackle on him in front of our support. Costa was holding on to Walker and when he let him go, Walker turned around and launched a greenie.

It's a very young team, but Dembélé isn't young, he just showed bad judgment. Neither is Vertonghen. I have to think that the pressure of a title race has changed this season's new-found and welcome Spurs willingness to chip and fight and foul when necessary into recklessness and bad temper, because we were collectively very bad boys tonight.

It's remarkable that no one got sent off. No one has, all season. That suggests an element of calculating malice in our play. If you keep that in control it's an asset, but if you start to lose your temper, it rapidly becomes a liability.

The introduction of Hazard changed the game. I've no idea why he didn't start. We could have coped with that, had we kept our collective heads, but instead there were multiple head-bumping sessions, a finger in the eye, numerous scything fouls and OTT dramatics from both teams.

We worked our way into a position to win the match and then let Chelsea's well-practiced gamesmnanship provoke us. That's not only immature, it's also bad for our reputation. It's unprofessional.

In terms of the football, had Mason converted a golden chance, we would have gone on to win the game, but in the circumstances, we have to be pleased to have escaped with a draw and with 11 men, sorry, I meant "boys", still on the pitch.

I hope it's an educational experience. It bloody well should be.

Think I'd summarise it as Chelsea's game plan from the start was a series of minor fouls to wind us up.

Unfortunately the ref did nothing about it, and we lost our heads, retaliated and DEmbele upped the ante.

Lucky in the end not to get a red card or two. Not sure whether there will be any retrospective bans though
