No, you are right. They didn't. This must mean something else.

We have solved everything, bar making an offer

So I guess the AZ chairman is right, and so is JJ who said he was not close. And that's why he's playing tonight for AZ
JJ said its not close today. But yesterday he and a few others posted stuff that lead you to believe it was very close, if not completed already. The only ITK that said otherwise was Hertyid. Seems like some at the club are giving mixed signals trying to find out where leaks are coming from. Because we had this confusion and the multiple media reports saying its done a few days back.

Levy fucking about on price, same old, same old

It is just €20m Euros, for the top scorer in Holland and first choice striker for the national team

Troy Deeney is on sale for £30m, Palace are paying £31.5m for Benteke, yet baldy refusing to shell out €20m euros on Janssen

Just do the fucking deal bald ****

Any advertising signs at the game saying "We wish Janssen the best of luck with his move to Spurs"

No he had decided to go to Man Utd a log time ago. He had to wait to get a loyalty bonus from PSG. When his contract ended he signed on the dotted line
But there was still a 'soap opera' around the whole transfer. From the day he announced he would leave PSG, he played with the media, and his agent would say something different every day.

Agree. Though that's different from Jansen situation. The fact he is playing today either shows AZ showing they will keep him if they want too, or shows they don't actually want to sell.
Either way this is nowhere near as close as suggested.

Starting to wonder how Poch must be feeling

He wanted Michy, Levy played games and misssed out
He wants Janssen, Levy playing games again and we are likely to miss out

Bet he regrets that new contract now

Are you happy to pay an extra £5 a match for your tickets for next season to contribute to casually throwing away that few extra million?

Edited your quote to give things a touch of realism

Lets see eh i cant for the life of me see why he would want to go and play for the east end social club over us.
I expect and hope we stump up the dough very soon seeing as they have bought a striker today, if not then fuck it we buy someone else.

Like I said, with the Sky money the market has changed, Troy Deeney is a 30m player now, so we have to look at the market in new money not old money, yet Levy is still trying to do pre Sky money deals

Janssen is incredible value given what Deeney is worth
