People can say all they want about us needing pace, but we really need someone who can string some passes and creativity.

Liverpool really done their homework on Dembele and Wanyama, knowing that both like a few touches on the ball. They're pouncing on them en mass.

Completely disagree - it's the formation and tactics which are the problem.

Our players can't handle being pressed. The blueprint of how to stop us was drafted up by West Ham last season. Poch has to learn to negate this by sitting deeper, playing on the break and being compact. The problem is, we don't really have the pace to counter attack.

This is where our limited spending power really show.

Look what attackers with real pace AND techique can do. We see it here and against City. Sadly those players are expensive and/or on big salaries so we end up with Sissoko, N'ije, GKN, Son etch.

What about when we beat Chelsea and City?

Part of the problem with this is Lloris and his kicking. It's quite unfortunate really as he's obviously a brilliant keeper otherwise.

I think having 3 at the back also helps us with this problem, there's a few more passing options.
