Some people never learn;

AWAY

A resurgent Palace and Leicester. Hull with a manager who never loses at home and Spammers cup final.

HOME

Bournemouth........ then our traditional difficult games v Goons and Manu.

Not exactly a walk in the park!

We have lambasted Arsenal and their fans over their 4th place trophy syndrome for years and now, the one time we look likely (though not yet guaranteed), to finish above them, in what is probably positions 2-4, we are going to rub the same thing in their faces?

The premiership and/or the FA cup, everything else is stooping to their level.

Don't get me wrong, I take pleasure from them falling out of the top 4 and imploding, I just don't feel the need to do some st.whatevers day because we haven't won anything (yet) and finishing above them ONCE in 20 years is hardly an achievement worth bragging about, it's the bare bloody minimum I want from my team, not the pinnacle.

Great post and I feel the same.
Until our trophy cabinet is bigger than theirs we can't really say anything.
Just sit back and look smug :D

Watching DT ranting his usual crap and enjoying it and I ain't going to lie.

We are a great team so enjoy the fact that we are so good to watch.

The scum are a shambles and I for one will enjoy this moment.

As amazing as it will be to finally finish above them, for the love of god, don't give stoop to their level by naming the occasion.

As things stand (nothing is set in stone yet), this season is the annomoly, so enjoy us being a young improving club, with a very exciting future, but stay classy peeps.

Indeed, we have a very tricky run in. Would still be amazed if they catch us but after last year im keeping schtum until its mathematically impossible.

I agree with this but you just know that some people will name the occasion on Twitter, you can't help that though unfortunately.

Don't count Arsenal out just yet. They can string a run of wins together once the heat is off. We should have learnt this.
