You could say the same for helping out Davies on the other side though. I'm not sure Dier (or Wanyama) would need to drop into the three. The other center backs would shift across.his pace on the right would help out Trips immensely. If Trips is caught up field (if!), then Sanchez can get back and cover, and Dier can drop into the three.
