With regards to ITK....if the rumoured transfers go through then that would be some great additions to the core players most likely to be rotated and would make a statement of intent.
Plus would hopefully shut up all the 'experts' who only recently have said we don't have the strength to compete on all fronts, let alone the top 4.

I'm sure Poch wants 4 players and probably has all summer. It's a lot of work in just 2 weeks although I guess it depends how far along deals may already be. The Sanchez deal moved quickly after it was first reported but probably in the works for a while. I think it's just a matter of priorities as far as who else we bring in. I would say attacking midfield then right back then wide forward and finally 3rd keeper.

As much as I recognise that both interpretations are equally plausible, I am deeply convinced that Pochettino all summer has been using this and equal quotes to nudge Levy in a very friendly, congenial way.
