Or I wonder if he means we are in for Di Maria.

Hale & Pace were a duo..... so are Di Maria and Moura for PSG? We couldn't get Moura, so we are in for Di Maria? (or visa versa)

Standard feel about DLD again....

Levy PR team come out day before, get everyone excited, people fall for it (inc me this year), we get ups and downs through the day, the clock hits 10pm and all the deals start to fall apart (gomes now) and we are all depressed....!

We should be use to this by now.... we have had a solid transfer window and NOT learnt from prev years despite us being told through all the season we had learnt...

Poch said he wanted 3 - he got it (Foyth, Aurier, Llorente) so he will be happy but cant help but feel same old for us....

Thanks to ITK throughout the summer, but looking forward to hearing from Hercules on what happened today....

Decent window if that's our business done, Aurier will be an upgrade on Walker at half the price, Sanchez will be an absolute monster and Llorente gives us just about as good a back up CF as we possibly could of gotten. Foyth looks like a real prospect as well

Yes we needed some attacking speed, I hope we give GKN a bit more a chance with no one of that type coming in now

If Llorente is the end, all we've done is basically slightly improved our cover at CB/ striker

Massively underwhelming now

No disrespect to anyone on here but I don't think any of you on here could do a better job than Poch. Levy just broke the transfer record on a CB..................yes a CB......not a pacey winger. If that doesn't show the trust that Levy has in Poch then nothing will.

It's not about what us the fans want it's about what Poch feels the team needs

Just shows you how much shit SSN make up...

"We understand that during the France match, Lemar's would be Arsenal team mates: Lacazette, Giroud and Koscielny, all tried to persuade him to join Arsenal but to no avail..."

They are full of shit. Who told them this?! (n)

As a fan my biggest concern is was Poch backed because he is our most valuable asset. He has said repeatedly that he expected three or four signings (this was after Sanchez and I don't think counted Foyth). Looks like we will have two in Serge and FL. We will never know for sure how he feels because he will put on a good face but on the surface this looks like another window where he will have to make due with what he has been given by Levy rather than be backed fully with his requests. Would be very interesting to know what Poch really is feeling.

I don't think people are saying we won't succeed or do well without a pacey wing forward but no team is complete and a place where we can improve the squad is certainly in this area
Fill the position of pace? I didn't know there was such a thing. Most of our pace comes from the fullbacks anyway but people seem to overlook the pace of Aurier.

Can I just give out some advice

If you are the type of person who will be on the verge of suicide when something big doesn't come off then don't let yourself get excited by itk or better don't even look at it

If you're a person who can reasonably take some information that we may sign someone special and then even if I doesn't work out look at it with a level head, carry on
Thanks

That's me off to bed then.

Great day on here excellent service by all the mods and rob brilliant for keeping the site up.

Overall some excellent signings.

But we are still a little short.

We needed a Barkley or a cm.

But is what it is COYS.

I agree, we need a player who can dribble against tight defences, right now we have nothing of the sort. We have too many finishers or passers and not enough dribblers. This makes our play predictable and dare i say it, a bit boring...
