Shit. Thankfully we have a international break. Hopefully he's back for the NLD.

I bet he will be, until the club say, he could still play Sunday. Suspect Deschamps is being sensible and giving his captain a bit of time off. If only Southgate was as sensible.

Indeed, you'd hope Southgate will be sensible and actually not select Kane.

Not only so it avoids risk of him getting injured but also because he really needs to make sure he has viable alternatives up front so should be trying out some of his other options.

In isolation Toby's injury isn't a disaster. However it means Dier has to drop back into defence and we're already light in the central midfield positions with Wanyama's absence and Dembele's iffy fitness.

I just hope Dier and Winks don't get burnt out over the next few weeks.
I don’t get it. We bought 2 CB’s in the summer and we still had a couple, and yet we still have to play someone from our already weakened central midfield in defense. I personally think Toby is a huge loss. He is as big a loss as Kane or Lloris is

If Kane doesn't pull his hamstring during this international break, I will eat the shit of that bloke who said he'd eat his own shit if Kane made it as a Spurs player.

So
Just based on last night, but I think Dier will stay in the middle, while Sanchez moves out to the right side.
sorry but I thought Dier was at fault for the goal against Man U. For me he always has a mistake in him at CB. You can get away with it in MF but at CB mistakes cost goals. I hope Toby is back ASAP

Dier spent a lot of last season in our back three so makes more sense to me than throwing in Foyth as Sanchez as good as he has been in still new in the league so would be slightly crazy playing two new centre backs who came from abroad.

We always make our players available for England, for once I wouldn't mind if we just told them to do one and allowed our players a bit of rest, especially Kane and Winks.

If Kane is not 100% fit we don’t have to send him. It is Spurs ( medical team/coach) that make the choice not Southgate. Remember all those late injuries utd players used to get when fergee was in charge before English games;-)

Yeah but unfortunately we aren't as nasty as some other clubs lol.

With the 3 in the back we are playing, can really see us getting a LB regardless if Rose's leaving the next couple windows. Of course if we can find a left footed CB is even better but they are so hard to find; shame Wimmer didn't work out.

We shouldn’t hold Winks back. He has a golden opportunity to book a place to the World Cup.

Kane on the other hand will be going to Russia even if he has one leg. Hopefully Poch has a word and Southgate restricts him to 45minutes each match.

He looked as though he pulled his groin last night (ooer missus). I was surprised Vorm didn't come on tbh.
Yeah, not at all surprised. He was hopping everytime he kicked the ball out last night after the clash. Thought he'd tweaked his groin so to speak, but apparently it's his thigh. We need him back for the NLD.

It's FIFA's choice actually. If he plays Sunday (and having played last night) we would have to prove, in conjunction with FA doctors, that he's not available for selection. Them's the rules.

If Kane were to withdraw he wouldn't need to provide proof, but if the club were to attempt to withdraw him then I believe this is where they would need to go through this route.
