I personally don't see the point in Reus. I like him, but with his age and having Sonny, just doesn't seem to be worth what it'd take to get him.
Hercules did talk about an exciting player from Germany...

Tottenham Hotspur ready bid for German megastar Marco Reus as he stalls on new deal at Borussia Dortmund
Spurs are tracking Borussia Dortmund forward Marco Reus with the Germany international stalling over a new deal.
Reus, 28, will have just a year left on his contract at the end of the season. But he is waiting to find out the extent of his club’s ambition in the transfer market before he commits himself to fresh terms.
Liverpool are also admirers of Reus who scored Borussia Dortmund's opener in last night's 1-1 draw at home to Augsburg.

injury record is a problem unfortunately....and we got Son!I personally don't see the point in Reus. I like him, but with his age and having Sonny, just doesn't seem to be worth what it'd take to get him.
I’m probably one of Son’s biggest fans but a fully fit Reus is next level, he was the player we should have bought to replace Bale. Haven’t seen him since return from injury but would be sceptical as to whether he can fully recover from so many injuries.injury record is a problem unfortunately....and we got Son!
If we manage to get Sess I hope we use him as a wing back rather then a wing forward. Try and mold him into Tottenthams David Alaba, I think he has the skills (from the little I have seen) to be a similar sort of player.
Last year of contract but getting on a bit in football terms - I can see why we might go for him. Price could be low. Would provide excellent cover for all positions up top. Creative, clinical. Came back from cruciate injury and immediately scored 2 goals in 3 games. If the price is low - like Moura, the risk is low.
A quality CM/8 who can pass with tempo and quality should be our priority but if we are also looking to strengthen our attack then players like Reus are exactly the type of player we should be thinking about. We are still a very erratic and careless team in forward areas, and the last thing we need is more of that in the form of players like Zaha, we need better brains and more composed feet.
After watching us piss away chance after chance and situation after situation recently, I'd definitely like to see us bring in someone like Fekir, Draxler or Reus etc, someone with a quick brain and sure feet. Id happily sacrifice Lamela or Son if necessary. Both have ability but we need some more consistent quality, not their more erratic, mercurial brand of ability.
I know Reus has had his injury woes, but it really does highlight how far we have come as a club that some of us are actually in the thinking that he's not a priority.
He certainly was a talent, not so sure now. I can see him rolling up at Liverpool, reuniting with Klopp once more.
