With the way Lucas has settled, if he and Lamela nudge ahead of Son consistently through the seasons end, I can see Son seeking a move, if we get past Juve a couple of the attackers are going to be very upset (hopefully we get to the FA Cup Semi so they can all get big games).

Get the feeling something happened around the record home games scored, as his form dropped like a stone and Poch seemed to lose immediate faith in him, oddly.

Sad, but perhaps Poch is thinking of cashing him in, thinking his stock is now at it's highest.

Not saying I want this happening, but he would command a huge fee.

Yeah, Reus is also a winner. That has real value in this squad. Interesting link, I like the idea of trading Llorente and Sissoko for Reus. The one downer being we wouldn't be going for Malcom if that were the case.

He'd be the best footballer at the club if he came. I'd love to see him linking up with Eriksen, that would be vintage Spurs stuff.

No, he wouldn't.

He could be incredible in the prem if he can put his injuries behind him, though.

Steer clear, for the fee and wages, he has financial disaster written all over him, IMO

As a pure footballer? Him or Eriksen. Reus is so beautiful to watch.

Anyway, that’s an opinion. I’d just be excited to have another player of such quality at the club.

What a time to be a Spurs fan!

Vertonghen is the best footballer alive, so I can't accept anybody could come in and dethrone him!

He played 20 something games last season and like 3 this season. Not very convincing,

Can’t see it myself. Son has a good scoring record and Poch did praise him after the Rochdale win. If we had to cash in on any of our attackers, I’d assume it’d be Lamela.

If you're aware of his recent medical history, it's probably safe to say that Poch and his coaches, not to mention the club's medical/physio/strength and conditioning people, also know about it. There's no way Levy would spend the club's money on a player whose 30th birthday is just under 15 months away, and who will have close to zero resale value.

Unless they think they can sign him below market value, given his injuries, then recuperate him.

Since the end of 14/15 he has had a stream of inuries, it has been for a prolonged period which will likely be virtually impossible to fully recover from.

Agree though, if he was 26 maybe, not approaching 29. It would be like signing a second Dembele.

Absolutely love reus, one of my favourite players but I can’t see it given the injuries

I don't think its true. So I wouldn't worry.

Will probably go to Arsenal on massive wages and be injured the whole time there like he has been the last few years.

This is one of those transfers where I dont see how it makes sense for either us or the player, yet it would still be pretty fucking incredible if it did happen.

I guess the thinking might be that he's out of contract at the end of next season, so he could be cheap (a Lucas-type price), which might be too good to pass up for a talent like him.

Osteitis Pubis is what struck Bentaleb and a couple of others down. From what I understand it can’t be cured and the treatment is basically rest? with no timescale for recovery.

I can’t see Reus passing a medical.

NSAID's and rest. Then surgery if required.

However I see this as dietary in basis, personally, think he has a bad diet (or terrible historical diet). But I think that about nearly everything, we all know that!

What not even some crazy kind of a poultice offered up as a remedy? You've changed man :D

He's nearly 29, harsh but I think he is set in his ways.

Copious Magnesiuim and Calcium would help I believe, but he is too old to recover and take Pochs training regimes, together I think they are just a really bad match, sadly.
