Around, Really???!!!It’s his first season, so it’s fair he gets a pass, but to be honest he’s reminding me of Timothy Atouba at the moment. From the sublime to the ridiculous.
Around, Really???!!!
Aurier is wayyyy better than Atouba he just needs to iron out a few things and work on his crossing and Throwins then he’ll be up here with best RB’s in prem.
Should a professional footballer in his mid 20’s really have to work on his throw ins?
Anyway, I don’t understand why he’s still taking them?
Barring one cross for the opener and scoring a goal, I thought he was very poor today.
Goal wasn’t his fault at all. He had to move central to mark a player.Yes he was, generally. I felt he was at fault for their goal too. That right side of our defence is all down to him, yet where was he...?
My jury is still very much out on him.
.
The Throw in thing is reduculous it really is.Should a professional footballer in his mid 20’s really have to work on his throw ins?

Says who? Is there a football law that says the fullback must be he one taking it? Poch just needs to do a tiny bit of tactical tweaking if aurier continues to do foul throw ins. Its not rocket scienceBecause if the ball runs out on his side then he should be the one taking them...

He can’t mark everyone can he.

Should be an easy skill to master. Like spelling.
Not shure wot yew meen?
He moves in to mark the more dangerous and closer to goal player. So he moved into a central position leaving the right (HIS position) completely unguarded.
Sorry but that's no defence (excuse the pun).
