Remember that Carling Cup final against Chelsea where we all jumped to our feet as we had a one on one with Cech but then sat down dejectedly once we realised it was Zokora. That's how I feel about Sterling.

Keeper did really well first of all, but then Sterling just couldn't make up his mind.

Sterling is a fucking joke. Absolute fucking shit on a stick. Haul him off and leave him off, and put Dele in that position instead.

Fucking useless overrated ****.

None of these open play chances are falling to Kane.

Sterling is thinking too much.

Sterling was smart. He knew there was a better chance of scoring from a corner than him in a one-on-one so he played for it.

Love Southgate, but he is too nice to change the starting lineup at this stage of the World Cup.

Kane is England best and most intelligent player yet every other England player seems to be doing everything in their power to keep the ball away from him.

Take Sterling off and give him a hundred lashes. Twice he should have passed to Kane and he selfishly wasted two chances.

Fucking hell, we're only one up and Sterling has cost us an open goal.

Put Dele as no.10 and bring on RLC for Sterling.
