Now at this point I would like to say I know fuck all about money and someone will probably say that all clubs run on loans including ourselves - it's just West Hammy to spunk £100m on duffers and be bottom of the PL then slap down the deeds to their training ground for a high interest loan from 'associates' of the two Davids.

Looking at the comments it sounds like they do the same kind of loan every season. I think the problem their fans have with it is that some of them are saying the money is loaned off of one of Sullivan's mates rather than a bank. So its the mate getting interest payments from west ham's money rather than a bank.
I am no financial expert but the little common sense I have tells me the football club is not being run in the best interests of the club but rather in the best interests of the porn twins. Unless they can find a buyer with deep pockets I can see they gradually fading away and becoming a Championship club at best.

She said it was rejected for a variety of reasons, including the fact "it could affect potential naming rights" deals, adding that they were in discussions over charging an annual commercial fee of "around £300,000" instead.
"The usage fee is extremely low," she added. "We could take the £300k. It's a drop in the ocean for the size of the losses we are dealing with and will be dealing with for the next 97 years of this contract.
