He’s a class act. We are so lucky to have him. Although I did question him when he chucked Kane on this evening!!

Nothing in his interview made me think his future is anywhere but here.

The manoeuvres from United’s alumni have also died down over the last couple of weeks and the media rhetoric is more about OGS wanting the job - wonder whether Poch has already told them to do one?

Which do you think the players would prioritize? A Cup win? Or a Champions League spot? I am pretty sure it would be a CL spot.

I'm with you, I think these players are incredibly ambitious and believe they can win one of the big 2 and they want to be able to compete on that level.

So apparently the Saudi Arabian government (yeah, those lovely chaps) have been sniffing around Man Utd, with a view to purchase the club for £4 billion (link below).

This is another factor Poch will need to consider if he gets offered the Utd; essentially the owners who hire him, may not be there after his first season. They may be replaced with a group of very dubious individuals.

PS As the video below states, the murder of that journalist in the Turkish embassy has thrown the Saudi football plans into a tail-spin. However, they're likely to revive them over the next 12 months. If, for whatever reason, they can't agree a deal for Man Utd, Tottenham would definitely be on their shortlist (CL, PL, great squad, new stadium, London). I wonder how our fans will react to that?

Poch is a man that clearly understands and cares for our club, that includes the restrictions on transfers allowing us to build our new stadium which he will hopefully be a part of for many years... I have never doubted that so long as he is happy with the direction we are going, he is here for the long term.
DL and Pochs relationship is strong and that is vital too.

Personally I’d stop supporting Spurs.

Yup it would be horrible knowing that our club was just a vehicle to launder the reputation of a brutal regime.

I can’t understand how City fans square that particular circle.

I support the badge, don’t really care who the owners are
I get that and I respect that view. But personally speaking I could not have anything to do with that regime. Even just supporting Spurs in those circumstances would feel like helping to prop up that lot.
