Genuinely can't find it within myself to criticise the boys. We've been epic this season and then hit with this luck at this time. Nah.
You make your own luck. We knew going into the season that Son would be gone at this time. We knew going into the season that our players had been run into the ground over the summer. We knew going into this season that Dembele and Wanyama were crocked. So much of what has been put down to bad luck is really the product of our outrageously piss poor squad management.

If Poch doesnt change something then I'm done with him. Fuck building a legacy when you choke at first serious step. Like always.

Wow. How the hell can you blame poch for having Kane and Alli injured at the same time Son leaves for international duty? Have you considered that without those 3 Chelsea are just a better team than us man for man...?

Can you imagine how shit they'd be without Hazard, Jorginho and Pedro?

Poch won’t take anyone at HT if it’s not through injury because he doesn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, ever.

I'm 51 next Friday. 45 years I've cried tears of joy and pain but I'm turning it off now. I just can't watch any more tonight. Don't judge me, I'm just not in the fucking mood. And I'm turning the internet off as well and am going to read a book until bedtime.
I hope I wake in the morning to some miracle.
I'm with you can't watch those ****s with a wanker who seems to only turn up for us do us again in a semi. Was all a bit predictable 9-2 on William hill in fact.

I like Poch and his mentor Bielsa, but I would also prefer him to become more pragmatic at times. Sit deep, soak up pressure, frustrate them, take the crowd out of the game, be Liverpool of the 80s and the Porto of Mourinho and play on the break. We don't always have to try to play open and expansive football. Just defend a lead once in awhile.

We did until the first went in didn't we?

We lose a couple of players and we struggle big time. Other top teams don't come close to the quality drop we do with 2 injuries. Just shows how much we rely on Kane and Alli

Hang on a minute. We're missing Son as well. And Moura. Four of our top scorers this season. Take Salah, Mane, Firmino and Shaqiri out of Liverpool and see how they do. Or Chelsea without Hazard and three others.

But we can criticise owners and management for flogging them to death. Squad is no one near strong enough to compete on four fronts. Showing massively tonight.

The formation is as much of a problem as the players. Son, Kane and Alli all played in the first leg and we were bad that day too.

Their second goal could easily be disallowed. Giroud is offside interfering with play.
