VAR is pampering the sulking from managers that goes on after a controversial referee's decision. It's going to achieve fuck all in the long run except create a whole different area of controversy and it'll be back to square one. I don't like it at all. All it should be used for is did the ball cross the line, the rest is transferring opinion from one official to another. For me it's a very VERY poor system.

Depends what you define as out. When you're on the run, jumping and turning there are going to be body parts not in perfect synchrony. There's a bit of a gap, but it's straight down and I don't see him keep moving the arm towards the ball deliberately. You and others see differently but I think it's harsh. I'd be steaming if that was given against Spurs, and I wouldn't be happy to get a penalty in those circumstances.
