Were just at that stage where nothing new will happen for a bit and journalists will rephrase the same things 10 different ways and twitter will lap it up

Arent Juve after Icardi? Perhaps Lukaku to Inter is the first in a line of dominoes to fall?

Possibly. IF Icardi lands and pushes him further down the pecking order, how keen to move on will he become. The issue here is, Lukaku etc may not happen by tomorrow.

All our other targets, ITK have been openly talked about progress, good and bad. Dybala has barely been commented on, other than confirming our interest. Whilst it’s not been ruled out, it could still be on.

Fuck it. Even if we can't get it over the line in time for the deadline tomorrow just sign him anyway and have him sit around until January.

Would still be worth it.

Desperate for my theory about the deadline time constraint vs the image rights to be correct, we'll see.

This seems to be based on that same journo from earlier who said he wanted 350k

"Spurs finally struck a deal for Argentina midfielder Lo Celso after failing with attempts to sign Philippe Coutinho on loan from Barcelona, while a move for Juventus striker Paulo Dybala also broke down after the Juventus forward requested a salary of £350,000 a week."

I for one find these nuggets buried unceremoniously in articles regarding other things are usually the most accurate.
