Who else is waiting to see Bale’s and Reguilon’s fantasy football price and adding them to their team regardless of how much they cost?
Working out how to fit in Son, Harry and Bale!
Hopefully they have Bale as a midfielder!

I don’t think we’ll see a pure no. 10. Having said that, I think we have enough depth between our winger/advanced midfielders to always have depth across the attacking positions (once we sign a striker). Some people will just never be happy.
We got Bale = But we still need a CAM
it is like someone handing you the keys to a bugatti and you complaining about the color.
Just enjoy this for a minute before you bang on bitching about something else.
Mourinho is going to have no excuse is he. With Bale and Reguilon coming in this is the best Spurs squad in a very long time.
If we follow it with Ings as Kane back up WOW.
I'm expecting to bid $70 of my available remaining $90 transfer budget as soon as he is added to the player poolWho else is waiting to see Bale’s and Reguilon’s fantasy football price and adding them to their team regardless of how much they cost?
I don't work in business so my apologies if you or others here do and have a far greater appreciation for what's happening.Bale wants to play for Spurs. If he didn't, do you seriously think we'd even have a sniff?
How that translates into a Levy masterstroke is beyond me
Fair play to him IF this happens but this has a lot more to do with the stars and planets aligning just right than any so called genius move by our dear leader. It's a no brainer.
It's funny, but I went to Iran back in 2008 for my brother's wedding and there was a Spurs match on telly (can't remember who it was against) and the Iranian commentator kept pronouncing his name as 'Baal-eh'.When do we start the how do we pronounce Bale discussion.
People always seem to think we need more. If we get these 2 deals over the line that's 4 first team signings this window. Add Lo Celso and Ndombele from last summer and that's a completely different team to the CL final. Those who were in the first team like Moura and Davies will offer a lot to the squad and Bergwijn from Jan adds another attacking options. If we get a number 9 we are a serious threat this season.
There is also a reason why we might want to push for an obligation to buy rather than an option. An option without paying full wages means we have to negotiate the whole wages thing again, and could risk failing to agree on a deal and losing him for, well, nothing. An obligation with us covering all the finances means, well, he's our player, he'd agree to a contract now and all that and there is no further negotiation.300k per week is 15m per year. That's a 30m transfer fee on £300k wages assuming they're not lowered further. Another 10m for Real and that doesn't actually seem that bad at all considering it's a very very specific set of circumstance.
I think it will happen guys it’s just inevitable

He loved us after the first time he was here. So much so that he returned when we were in deep shit and helped us play our way to safety. I was there at Selhurst for one of his most magnificent performances. Even after Sugar had said he was going to rip up / set fire to Jurgen's shirt and throw it in the bin. I loved that player. And the big difference is Bale loves Spurs whereas Klinsmann saw us as a stepping stone to Bayern.
So hyped for the next couple of days.

Why do you think the stars and planets have aligned? It's not just some random series of circumstances, it's because we are now one of those planet-sized clubs, while previously we were just some rock floating around space. Yes, Bale wants to play for us. Because we are a big enough club for him. That is down to years and years of building this club so it can make deals like this. It simply wouldn't have been financially possible - regardless of whether Bale wants to play for us - had we still been in WHL.Bale wants to play for Spurs. If he didn't, do you seriously think we'd even have a sniff?

I wasn't planning on buying this season's shirt at all (not a big fan of the blue arm trim) and whenever I do buy a shirt I never put player's names or numbers on them. But if we get Bareth back, I'm going full-on!I actually had to try and see if you can now get the shirt and it worked, ffs im 45 years old
No way Reguilon will be 7.5. That is Trent's price, no other defender is that high. 6.0 probably.12.5 and 7.5
And yes... well Bale. Because... gotta.

Who's downplaying? It's a deal, a complex deal for sure but one that pretty much any chairman of any football club would do, it's not so riddled with intricacy that there's only a few people in the world that could manage it. We're not talking cracking the Enigma machine here.Whether you are happy with the word genius or not is subjective, but let's not downplay how complex or audacious this move may be.
No chance. Bale will be 9-10. Reggie will be 5.5/6 in line with Doc12.5 and 7.5
And yes... well Bale. Because... gotta.
OK........ again, I just think words like genius and masterstroke are a tad OTT, that's all, nowhere have I said he shouldn't get any credit if this comes off.The dear leader who had the vision to build a billion pound stadium in order to make the club more appealable to players of Bale's qulity?
Come on mate, he deserves a little bit of slack every now and then!
I'm not saying this deal is a masterstroke. I'm saying his whole long-term strategy that has made this possible is a masterstroke.Who's downplaying? I'm not suggesting he deserves no credit and like I said, fair play to him IF it happens but Genius? Masterstroke? Nah. Not for me.
