The same players doing the same things that they have now done under two different managers.

It's now been the same the last two months as it was when we were poor under Poch.

It's crystal fucking clear the last two months it's become a combination of him (Mourinho) and the players and I reiterate, they've all got what's coming to them.

You might as well copy and paste that post every single day while people are arguing who to blame in the Mourinho thread. Everyone is to blame just like with Poch. They’ll do it to the next guy too if they’re all still here.

We're just not very good, we're kidding ourselves otherwise as much as I wanted big dav to have a stormer he's just not top quality and will always let you down ,diers big loopy header cause another goal as usual every goal conceded was a mistake either back Jose or get rid, but whoever takes this poisoned chalice needs big big backing

its a cliche but "massive surgery needed" . We didn't refresh , signed no one for a few windows, don't seem to have any ready youth teamers and are full of horses ready for the knackers yard.

Levy is reaping what he has sewed. Reminiscent of what happened to Arsenal after they moved to the Emirates.

I’ve been happy to rip into Spurs when performances and fight have been abysmal but I really don’t think our performances and fight has been at all bad since the Chelsea match. The players are still playing for the coach, the football has picked up, players have been been put back into the squad and the fight has been there. Recent performances have shown that result will improve very soon. Stupid individual mistakes are still happening but a couple of wins will hopefully iron this out as confidence improves. I really think we’ll finish this season strongly.

THANK YOU! Jeez... there's some real credit-card spouses on these here forums that want the sauna and the Mercedes right away!

I've posted this a lot, but people seem to be banking on the fact that Sissoko, Moura and many others are actually world class and it's all on the managers.

I was actually weirdly encouraged by that performance. Players are clearly still with Jose, Levy needs to stick with him and back his man this summer.

It's surely clear to anyone with eyes and a brain that this squad has been allowed to grow very stale and we have only just started the overhaul.

Individual errors and lack of quality let us down today and vs Everton but performance and attacking intent were much improved.

City are a good team, this isn’t the same level as Brighton and the Chelsea first half, although it wasn’t great.

I can’t understand how people keep blaming Mourinho, these are the same defenders who kept making clown mistakes under Poch and are making the same clown mistakes now.

Its not the best but Jose is the manager, let’s give him a chance.

For those saying get Harry back in, I’d rather have BMJ - he’s got no hair, we don’t care

its clearly the players, but I think both things can be true at the same time. Jose isn't helping.

Bale showed a glimpse of class today that Lamela and Lucas and Bergwijn never show. is he still a worldie...id say no. But the other three lads have had loads of chances.

One, who would you replace him with? Another Sherwood or a Lampard? They'll take over mid-season which is almost always a recipe for disaster and then they'll go through the same rinse/repeat cycle where a discussion of new signings will come up and here we go again.

Agree with you that we do have problems defensively and our forwards are not playing to their potential... that's something Jose's gotta fix - no argument there.

I don't know. I really don't. I'm bored of football fans online having better judgement than our professional football manager, the internet is meant to be the domain of fuckwittery. All too often though recently there's clarity. It's taken Mourinho 11 months to realise that Sissoko or Winks fuck us up when we play them in CM. We start a couple of games with N'dombele deeper and we start to look better. We go to 4 at the back and trust N'dombele and we look even better. Concede a dogshit penalty today and Mourinho just instantly reverts. Fuck him, the guy is clueless.

The constant obsession with his favourites e.g: Dier, Bergwijn, Moura, Winks, Sissoko. Especially Sissoko.

The outcasting of Bale and Alli (and N'dombele at one point).

The billionth version of the backline. Over a year in and he has no idea what is best backline is. We don't have great CB options. One guaranteed way to make average defenders into shite defenders is take away any consistency.

Can you genuinely name one thing that Mourinho has improved in an individual player or our tactics or our attacking patterns or anything?

I can literally only say that Ndombele is fitter. That’s it.
Getting the youngsters out on promising loans?

Thats fair enough once Jose gets backed in the Summer . BUT.....as a winner and a strong manager he shouldn't have signed off on Bale if he didn't want him, should have insisted on Dele leaving to get some cash in (like the balls AVB showed in marseilles) and he needs to be held accountable for Doherty and Vinicius and Gedson. They are fucking muck. And we signed them on his watch.

Are you shitting me? I saw players hiding out there in the second half today. Standing behind players so they could not receive the ball.
