I dunno, I reckon it would be quite a laugh if there were 30,000 Tottenham fans in Las Vegas - if the locals thought Hatton's supporters were rowdy, they'd be in for a shock.

Gambling, strippers and Tottenham all in the same place. Gotta be better than that shithole in East London we may temporarily move to.

The maddest but best idea on here. Every other week would be a bind though.
West Ham wouldn`t like the idea of us sharing their dump as much as we don`t want to go. They would, undoubtably, turn up at least once. a good spanking would send them all back to basildon, romford, lakeside or wherever they hide out in these days. My offices are 300 yards from the ground if it did get bad we could all hide out in the back.

the latest parking restrictions are another reason for thinking of relocating. I don't have a car so it doesn't bother me personally, but I reckon a lot of people won't be happy, especially if we want to pack 50,000 in.

Yes I do remember the good ole days of going to the Lane as part of 58,000, but in the modern era I'm thinking the parking's gonna be a problem.

In so many ways I want to see us in Herts/Essex - but of course there are so many counter arguments.

I really don't know what to think and I'm sure the Board are in several minds too, hence the years and years delays in doing anything.

I wanted us to expand piecemeal years ago when we had the permission - I think if we had the 40,000 seater we could have easily got about three/four years ago, things would have been better down the Lane.

Think WHL DC, forget this transport bollox, the south east is gridlock already and only going to get worse, where ever the ground is 55 to 60k trying to get away at the same time in their cars is going to be congested.

As for Essex or Herts Eek. If I wanted to support a pikey club Southend and the spammers already exist.

We are "the one and only North London football club", don't ever forget it.

Now that egghead has left west ham the groundshare thing does seem to have legs. Remember when he joined it was super embarrasing for the spam because eggy was a spurs fan?

We also know THFC is due to make an announcement about the stadium plans in the new year.

Now, think of the shit that spurs fan eggy would've been in, if the groundshare was announced while he was still there...

It's been knocked down. The builders really dropped the ball on that one though - it was empty at the time.

Boooooooooooooooooooooo. Get off the stage!!

Nothing wrong with playing in Essex, N10. Nothing ever wrong with a bit of Essex. :-D

Couldn't think of a much worse ground sharing option. Maybe even worse than sharing the Arab Stadium with the scum -and definitely more of a health hazard.

A little ITK.

Bumped into a local councillor tonight. The club is attempting to buy all the property between Paxton Road and Northumberland Park—the houses in Worcester Avenue and the entire industrial estate behind N17 Studios. The idea is to build a new ground from scratch here, then demolish the existing stadium and sell the land for housing/commercial use. This renders the groundshare unnecessary.

This is not bullshit.

great news if true 57 - as you know I've been saying all along I really don't like the idea of groundshare and soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many sages on here (and other forums I frequent) have told me how it's absolutely necessary, blah blah blah

if we can get a brand new stadium at the Lane and no groundshare that will be absolute perfection and I will be so proud of our board if we achieve that

How many houses are they looking to buy? Can someone post a map of the above proposed site?

Thx
