but the board can be blamed for pissing jol off, which then could easly explain the lacklusterd approach, he was forced to have players he didnt want at the club, the board were responcable for the problems in the squad, remember he did take the players to 5th 2 seasons running and then the board mess about and then all of a sudden he is crap? dont buy it, the board fucked it all up adn now Ramos is in charge because of it!
Ramos IMO is a better manager though, and is showing us what we were slightly missing from Jol, but Jol was no way a bad manager!

ummm why move on? he was part of a good 2 years and then BUGSDAD brings jol up and kinda saying he wasnt good enough for us? if you want me to move on then threads talking about him should be stoped...
Never said he was a bad manager,just not good enough. Ramos is doing the Job with players Jol never wanted( how you know this is a mystery).He is getting far more out of them and playing kids Jol didnt want to know. Tactically he is in a different league. Even if the board had done nothing to Upset Jol I fear we would be in deep mire if he was still here.

have you not seen the interviews jol has done since he has left? he has said that he didnt want afair few of the players that came in during the transfer window
i dont, if the board had got the players in where jol wanted them then i think we would be still fine, but under ramos (next season) i can see us pushing even further ahead

You started a thread bemoaning the start of the season we had.(Which in fairness could be misconstrued as you having a sly dig a Jol) Now unfortunately that is in the past and something we can't change so instead on moaning about it maybe we should be looking at the positives since Ramos took over and look to what appears to be a very promising future.
Never inteded it to be a dig at Jol when i posted it just a sigh for a better start . You jolittes who are so sensitive to anything that is said turned it into an anti Jol debate which is when i took up the challenge.
If you had read it carefully you would have seen that it was a praising Ramos and the team thread .Try not to be so defensive in the future ,if you are you are asking to be attacked......maybe thats where Jol went wrong too.

and i was mearly pointing out that the decision to sack jol was only justified because the board wouldnt give him the players, and fucked him about, if you had only praised ramos and the team i would ahve joined in with it, but to put jol down as well, i thought i would mearly point out the point on my mind about it
How many times do I have to say it SAME PLYERS .....different results.

keep saying it, we went to arsenal and got a point with jol, ramos went and we got 0 :shrug: doesnt prove too much does it :lol:
as i have said, Ramos is the better manager i think, but Jol is also a good manager who made it posibale to get ramos with finishing 5th before the board messed him and players about... if they never did that then i dont think we would be where we are and maybe not have sacked jol.... but it all happend so no need to keep going back talking about jol if you dont want people coming back talking about jol :shrug:
