I’m actually quite glad Ndombele’s move to PSG is off.

He’ll now end up at the likes of Everton, Valencia, Leverkusen or - as the new ITK suggests - Lyon.

OL certainly the best club of that bunch, but he’s done nothing here to show himself worthy of a place in a top European side.

Even if that side is a disgusting, immoral front for an oil cartel like Poch’s Parisian fairytale.

Qatar is predominantly gas. If he'd gone to PSG and performed well we'd probably have a better chance of getting a good return.

Still hoping he makes that move and does ok.

Probably has been said by others in his own thread, but personally sad to see Tanguy go. Could have been the perfect long term replacement for Mousa Dembele and more and he showed glimpses of his ability but here he is being touted all over the place and us desperately hoping he leaves I next to no time.

If Lyon are an option for Ndombele it confuses me as to why we haven't worked a deal that allowed us to bring in Bruno. For me the far more superior player to Bentacur as well as being a better fit for the Conte system.

I guess just got to trust that Conte is happy with that.

It's going to be a crazy 48 hours!

Just enjoy the ride!

Genuinely still think 3 in. I wouldn't even rule a 4th out if we manage to shift out Gil, Lo Celso, Ndombele, Dele & Rodon.

Lyon as already mentioned want Ndombele. Gil is 99% done on loan. Lo Celso has options as does Dele. Rodon may also leave with a few interested.

Some names we're talking to still not out there so expect more new names over the next 48 hours.

Juve double looking very likely but there are other options we are exploring for CM so don't rule out 2 x CMs coming in. Especially if we manage to clear a few mentioned above.

Let me say it again, Conte understands the situation. The Summer is huge for us with so many good players out of contract or entering the final year.

The next 48 hours will be busy, but the Summer is going to be madness.

New players will arrive over the next 48 hours so don't think it's a repeat of history and we end up with no one.

Of all the names I've heard, there are literally 2 I would be against joining us and as it stands, they're both down the list and we won't need to drop that low.
Thanks, really appreciate the ITK from all you guys as always. Would love there to be 1 instant first team player upgrade we are looking to get in and are talking to but not in the press. Like a rapinha or someyhingX

We are pushing hard for another CM after the arrival of Bentancur. If we can shift 2/3 of Gil (very likely), Ndombele, Lo Celso & Dele then I feel we will get another in. Some names out there, some not.

Thanks for the info! (As always) from this it seems we have almost done 2 signings (Dejan and Bentancur)
It can really be a great window if we can get rid of Ndombele, Gio and dele and let Gil go on loan, (prob all on loan but maybe we can sell them this summer)

Exciting days to come ?

Having looked at Dejan and Bentacur videos (I know) they look like they have what we need, they actually plug gaps and improve the first team.

Start of the window I was hopeful of one first teamer but we could get two - could be an exciting few months.

If we can get a third in, that's just a bonus.

Surprised we're going for another CM and not a striker or RWB. Probably even need a CB over another CM.

This is awesome news, mabye Douglas Luiz, mabye Bissouma, mabye Amrabat etc But I really think RWB is a massive massive issue and whilst these CM’s will help the absolute priority should still be RWB.

More dominant CM’s would be great but if they spread the play to Emerson / Doc at RWB then we won’t be creating much.

Could also mean we’re planning to play 3-5-2 much more if we are targeting another CM on top of Bentancur.

That was my only slight concern. Glad we're pushing for Bentancur and someone else as well.

As per Goat on the Dembele thread; I surely hope that if we'd get him that Conte can fix his attitude and he can stay fit.

That’s a bit bitter, isn’t it? It’s best for us to get the best deal for us. Whoever that may be from.

Just goes to show if you wait until the end of the window, you may just be surprised at what happens. I know we haven't officially signed them yet, but a few days ago this place was doom and gloom. Now we're looking good again.
