Even if fee is said 10m, I am sure there are other addons based on achievable goals etc...Levy would not make this so easy for Everton

100k a week of the wages saved for 2.5 years =12.5m + 10m + addons (if any) is ok for any deadwood. If we set 20 or 30m for Dele, he is going to stay. No club will take the deal. So, its ok I guess.

I literally don't understand the need to wield the knife here. Really don't. The majority of fans have been calling for him to be moved on, we've seemingly done that. But now it's not at their own personal RRP? It's also Matt Law.

Do you just not like the club?

*Club does thing you want.*

NO NOT LIKE THAT.

I wanted us to improve on Dele, not let him go for peanuts without getting a replacement in. Anyway, you're right that this is Matt Law so fingers crossed it's not actually that low.

Trying to not believe everything I read.

So I refuse to believe we're stupid enough to let Dele go for 10mil.

No way. We want Daniel to be a little more flexible, but not that flexible he's bent over and fucked. completely....

I think this deal indicates quite strongly (if anyone doubted it) that its Paratici that has control over these decisions now at Spurs.

There is no way Levy would ever sign off on that, never in a million years.

Versus a more reasonable market value but I get your point. Just feels too low to be reasonable. Maybe his wages are crazy and this hasnt come out?
It does seem low but I think he is on big wages as you say. £10M fee and salary off the wage bill. Take that.

I take it we haven't announced any incomings yet? Or is it we are clearing these players out before announcing them maybe?

It's actually funny that we don't like the fee for Dele. One more chance to say FFS Alli before he leaves.

No way that we sold Dele for 10 mil. Come on. He's still young and was being talked about as a 60-70 mil player 2 years ago. Of course he hasn't performed since then but there will be plenty out there that think they can reinvigorate his career. 20 mil I can see. No way 10.

If we have gotten GLC, Dele & Ndombele off the wages (to varying degrees) plus Gil to add to all the players we shifted last summer then fair play to Paratici that's alot of cash saved for new signings

Getting rid of Dele for that fee isn't a credit to Paratici. I could genuinely have given him away for free. Same with Ndombele and Lo Celso - both loans with almost impossible options to buy and they'll be straight back to us in the summer.

If getting players is out is so easy we would have done that for last 10 years. Keeping the deadwood and stinking the place out has been our speciality. So, attitude change of get the deadwood out and get someone in to aid the manger is so simple and refreshing...All eyes on incoming. We got get someone through the door today - I am optimistic

I'm personally not quite completely buying the positive spin that is being put on this transfer window and its management as things stand. But there is still time, so no tantrums from me at this stage.

Everton only have roughly £35m to spend due to FFP. I imagine the £10m after 20 games is to help them get the Dele deal done without breaching the rules. Hopefully the initial fee will be £10m/15m .
