That statement is incorrect, every other football team has a stadium/facilities that is used regularly for non-football events.
Our stadium is just better at it so it's not 'cheating', it's just optimising the same commercial opportunities as every other team has.
When most refer to commercial income in football it’s normally shirt deals other sponsorship deals etc. extra stadium income isn’t really a marker in commercial because till now it’s been very insignificant apart from naming rights. So that’s why I said “ cheating “ but really it isn’t we’ve just created a brand new significant revenue stream.
