Brentford are not particularly fun to watch and very low possession, I like T.Frank and he’s doing an incredible job but no way I want him anywhere near spurs manager.

Pretty odd move from Maddison, lashing out against a journalist who covers Leicester for the Athletic.

They’ve just lost to the bottom team in the league, and they are now three points from bottom themselves with some tough fixtures on the horizon. This is not after 8 games but after two thirds of the season gone.

Said this many times. The amount of shouts he gets from our fans is extremely worrying at how little our fans watch football.

It’s a damning indictment of the FA and Premier Leagues disciplinary measures. He was charged before the World Cup. It’s now March.

What’s taking them so long?
They probably want to see how his e/w bet on himself to finish top scorer plays out.

Considering the resources he has to work with, he's doing an incredible job. They are fairly direct in their play, but they're more fun to watch than us

Crazy thing is, i'm sure I saw that Brentford are pushing for the ban as quickly as possible.
Toney should too - I can't imagine any ban that lasts into next season being good for Brentford or Toney, even if they try to sell this summer.

Probably because they know they're safe, so sooner he's banned, sooner he comes back and they get some money for him before his contract is up?

I get that though. They're in a great place in the table but with little chance of getting in to Europe (possibly ECL at a push), I can imagine they'd want him back as soon as possible next season so if he missed 6 months from now it would probably be best for them.

Yep. Think its going to be 6months and summer months are included.
I heard he most likely won't be able to train with any professional club whilst banned. He'll be hanging about the local 5 aside pitches on Monday nights to try and get a game
