Agree, we are stuck.Unless it's been said I think the payout would be till June. Even Conte said he has a contract till June so it will be around 4mil to sack him

What more does levy have to do to be on the ropesSorry for sharing this……………not looking good for Poch. From Coys.

It won’t be Poch for various reasons unless Levy is on the ropes and needs a way out. We are a long way from that.
Agree, we are stuck.
This will sound absolutely ridiculous and still does as I type it but we could do a lot worse than get ragnik to oversea this rebuild and let him take over the footballing decisions. He spoke very well at his time at United and knows his shit
Media would ridicule as he is seen as a flop at United. But he was only a flop because United didn't listen to him
Get him in as interim before the weekend and let him assess everything then hire the manager

It won't be 15 Million, it will be the remaining value of his contract, which is what he will be getting if he stays anyway. The additional cost will be wages for a new Manager, If he is sacked. No chance Levy sacks him and pays the £15m mooted when he can be let go for free in 2 months.

Ive said this before and I agree.
Rangnick and his business partner have a consultancy. This is what they specialise in.
Fire Paratici.
Get him to come in for a year or so and highlight all the issues. Let him appoint the coach and get it rolling.
He fits like a glove cause he won't suggest 80m players, he'll find players within the constraints set bu Levy.
The wrestling analogy is great cause hes like Vince McMahon and whenever he's been the heal, the coach does a terrible job so he ends up becoming the hero. What more does levy have to do to be on the ropes
Yeah but he stays in jobs 5 mins anyway and he'd leave for a project like ours.Isn't he an international coach at the minute?
If Conte can't put Levy in a tight spot - I have my doubts that any manager can put Levy in a tight spotI'd imagine Levy is reluctant to get Poch because of the power play involved, Poch comes back with majority fan backing it puts Levy in a tight spot, can't bullshit him again and would almost certainly need to back him fully now also.
He may end up costing the club more if we dont get top 4 which realistically we can since were fourthNo chance Levy sacks him and pays the £15m mooted when he can be let go for free in 2 months.

Yeah I think playing is safe is an issue because it doesn't take much imagination or you just expect some things to work out.I think there are very good managers available. Going for someone already employed is a bad idea imo.
Gallardo, Pochettino or Tuchel are all good choices.
Gallardo: Maybe the biggest doubt is whether he can replicate the football he showed with River at a higher level league like the PL. I think it's worth trying. The style of play he likes is aggressive, fast and with high pressing, which is more likely to succeed in the PL than in the spanish league. And I think he knows that.
Pochettino: we all know him. I still believe he was harshly treated and should never have been sacked. That's the moment we started our decline. My doubts are with our squad. I think he may need a lot of different players. And there's also the feeling he might ruin his image if he has a bad 2nd spell
Tuchel: Good tactician, sometimes too progressive when he invents new positions to players. I think if he had a better keeper he would've won more with Chelsea. But on the other hand, we haven't been doing so good with the ex chelsea managers. AVB, Mou, now Conte
I would go for Gallardo. It might go wrong, but rather we try and bet on something new than play it safe and do nothing like the past years
Yeah the league is very much a secondary comp in every way. Boca fans sighed a huge relief when he finally said goodbye to las gallinasThe schedule was absolutely nuts. Its why out of the 14! trophies he has won there he only won the league once. Essentially the league is not as important as some of other cups such as the Copa Libertadores (which he won twice) and Copa Sudamericanas (which he won three times). Ultimately he just didn't have the players to constantly compete in the league and all the cups as the schedule can be pretty crushing. Really, how he balanced all those comps and constantly having to rebuild his teams year after year as his best players were cherry picked whilst also relying on youth is nothing short of incredible. He won the South American manager of the year 3 times for good reason. The guy really is a very exciting manager who has a very bright future ahead of him IMO. It really would be a very very exciting appointment.
Gallardo said he wouldn't leave River mid seasonIf we were to look for a manager now that’s De Zerbi off the list as no chance he comes until summer.
Gallardo said he didn’t want to join a team mid season but maybe we could try and butter him up and he was just saying that because he didn’t want to go to Leeds.
Poch, Enrique and Tuchel you would have to assume would come In right away.
It’s a very tricky situation especially if the club have no clear idea of who they want.
