For years I’ve been frustrated at the way even the slightest of contact with a goalkeeper has resulted in a foul against the attacking team. It so happens Vic hasn’t had that go his way twice in quick succession.
If Spurs had scored those goals and they’d been disallowed I’d have been pretty miffed about it.
Should someone be nominated as a bouncer to help Vic out at set pieces? Richy, maybe?

Commentators are talking about strength which on its own I understand, but it isn’t that on its own, Harrison isn’t even looking at the ball, he is there simply to push and lean on Vicario and stop him being able to jump cleanly.
So how can that not be a foul? It’s essentially just like employing an American football style blocker on the keeper.

Choice of pass has been poor. Going back when you got space to move into. Vicario just got to judge the flight of the ball much better then be assertive. Almost like he’s happy to be pinned

Everton will put someone between the Gk and attacker like any sensible team would. Foul or not - put someone in between and we don’t have to even worry about it being an issue
