The Norwegian league is completely irrelevant really but there's a good reason he didn't "dominate" and it's as simple as that he wasn't manager of Rosenborg who's resources dwarf every other club in the country.
He still managed two titles and a couple of cups, which is pretty good when not in charge of the juggernaut.
