Tottenham Hotspur captain Hugo Lloris has confirmed he is considering leaving the club after 11 years and will assess his options over the summer.

The 36-year-old, who retired from international duty shortly after losing the World Cup final, moved to White Hart Lane from Lyon in 2012 and has been an incredible servant for the club.

Thank you Hugo,

It's been a pleasure having you captain the team.

I shall wish you all the best in your next adventures, you'll be fondly remembered for those many world class saves you made.

A great keeper and servant of the club, he deserves a lot better than the clowns on twitter who claim to be supporters but show little evidence of it.

I would love to see him back and involved with the club in some capacity in the future.

All I regret is that he couldn't win any trophies with us. He totally deserved them, one of the greatest players to ever wear the badge.
