if we can sign a proper target man then great, but untill we get some balance into midfield, and then get the midfield to start playing, all the forwards in the world aren't going to help much

Zaki can't be signed until the Summer, plus he's done nothing for 3 months.

hes been injured for most of that time but yeah he hasnt done much.. He is owned by an egyptian club and i can assure u if they get a good offer they will recall him and take the money..

Wigan paid for the 1 year loan, he can't be recalled.

I personally cannot understand why we are not in for Veloso. Even Megson has the wit to realise he is a good player....but Harry?

My worry about possibly getting Keane back is that there is no guarantee that he will be any good for us anymore. He worked really well with Berbs but he left the building also. Will it work with Pav. On top of that is the whole Keane/Defoe shit again. In the few weeks we have had Defoe I have seen signs of a potentially great partnership and understanding already. Keane may well upset the apple cart and Defoe at the same time.

Maybe we should try breaking the bank for Sergio Aguero instead!!!!

It has to be a left mid/winger before another striker who cannot play with Bent or Defoe.

What happens if Pav is injured or is worn out, which is normal for a player who's been playing for the past 18 months non-stop?

in terms of a short terms striker how about Henrik Larson? I know he is 37 years old but the last time he came back from Man U he was still a threat

Whats betting we either end up signing no one or we get two crap loan deals for mystery players which the muppets on SSN reckon Levy is working on!
