I just scraped 2/5. How did you do?
2, but only on a technicality that we didn't lose a game at NWHL until the CL knock-outs... It just wasn't a CL game. :ROFLMAO:
1. Alderweireld wont play a single minute in the PL and will be sold in January
2. We wont lose a game at NWHL until the Champions League knock-out phase
3. Kane will not only win the golden boot, but will also be top goalscorer at a PL club in all comps
4. We will finish outside the top 4
5. Vertonghen will score a Premier League goal. His first in over 5 years! (Not including the shambolic "offside" goal against Sunderland.)

Lamela plays a big role

Dier improves, Sanchez shows his limitations but still a good one for the near future

We win a cup

Kane hits 5 in a game

Onomah plays 5 or more prem games

I was wrong on all counts. Except for possibly the third.

1. Will will sell at least one player in the transfer window
2. We will buy someone, anyone, before the window closes
3. Travel to the new WHL will be even more chaotic than ever
4. Harry Winks will play before Christmas
5. We will drop down to 4th place in the League

Got one wrong for sure with no signings. Hardly bold predictions however

1 - Wolves will finish in top 10

2 - Tottenham will win a trophy, no idea which one.

3 - Mourinho will be sacked before Christmas, Man Utd will come for Pochettino but he will stay at least until end of season.

4 - Top 4 will be Liverpool / Man City ( 1st and 2nd ) and Arsenal / Tottenham ( 3rd and 4th ) - not sure exact order yet.

5 - Sarri will leave Chelsea before end of season

Fair play this is / may be bloody close!

1. Moura to be our second highest goal scorer behind Kane at the end of September.

2. Kane will score in August

3. Another top 4 finish.

4. We'll have a better home record than last season and better than Woolwich.

5. Kane to score over 35 goals in the league and over 45 goals in all competitions.

3 out of 5, not bad.

I've been browsing the site and going by the information i have gleaned from the very wise and informed posters here my predictions are as follows-

1. We wont sign anyone other than some Championship player. The first 4 words were correct so- CORRECT!

2. Kane will rush back and get injured at Newcastle, out for season. He may as well have done, another CORRECT to me

3. We don't score a goal until boxing day when Lamela has his one good game for the year. Lamela didn't score (or play) but my prediction probably helped us win 5-0 so i give myself another POINT

4. We play our first game at the new stadium in January. It is named the 'AIA Arena' and painted entirely red.- First home game 27th Jan so im happy to give myself another full mark, AIA stuff just probably hasnt been announced yet.

5. Poch will leave to coach Real Madrid under 19's in Feb. OK i'll concede that one

Four out of five! I take back all my sarcasm, this place is full of wise and stable geniuses.

Ok, actual bold predictions

1. Edwards starts a game for Spurs
2. A game is delayed because the pitch gets stuck, the system has to be entirely replaced next summer
3. Toby stays for one more season
4. Kane scores fewer goals than the last two seasons
5. We do a VDV style signing on either one of the deadline days, Levy is forgiven for a bit.

Ok i forgot these, I'll take 2 of five, the pitch hasn't had a chance to be moved yet so I'm a bit annoyed about that.

1. All fans stay and support team until final whistle.

2. New WHL has final building contractors leave in Dec 18

3. Levy finally announces stadium sponsorship

4. Poch offered RM job in April 19

5. Hugo raises silverware above his head and Spurs finally get rid of that millstone round their neck

NO 1 - NEVER a chance that happening

No 2 - out by couple of months

No 3 - hopefully happen this summer

No4 - only out by couple of months

No 5 - still going to happen ?

All told wasnt as wild as i remembered

1) Liverpool push city all the way to the title. Falling just short in 2nd.

2) Spurs fail to find a way to unlock stubborn defences and it ultimately costs any remote chances of a title. 4th. Some younger players make the grade due to lack of spurs typically signing average Joe from abroad.

3) Arsenal have gone quietly about their business and get 3rd.

4) Mourinho resigns in January before he is pushed and United have a totally abject season, lacking in creativity and enjoyment.

5) West Ham relegated.

Happy I got 3 wrong. Annoyed 5 didn't happen.

1. Man City are all powerful again, and win the League and FA Cup double. Liverpool win the League Cup.
2. Its a sulky season for Mourinho at United where he alienates, players, staff and fans alike. He is sacked at the tail end of the season, walking out with a huge payoff and United show interest in Poch as a replacement
3. We have a mediocre season compared to the last 3 and finish 5th. Kane has a poor season by his standards, but the shining light is the emergence of the young players into first team calibre players - KWP, Foyth, Skipp (sparingly) and Winks.
4. The new stadium is a massive success, and earns rave reviews, but we lose our first game at home to Liverpool 1-2 which puts a bit of a dampener on the day.
5. Towards the end of the season Enic receive a huge takeover bid from an American consortium, who sell themselves to the fans and Poch by promising big investment in the squad, and offer Levy a Role as CEO.

2 1/2 out of 5 I guess. Saying the new stadium was going to be a success is a no brainer, but at least I got the Liverpool home score right, and the emergence of the younger players. Still think we will be a takeover target in the near future.
