Attacking fullbacks are always going to get caught out of position now and then, its just how they play their game they will get exploited.

Hutton can defend, but sometimes does have to use his pce to get him out of trouble (but even King has had to do this at times) Just feel he is harshly criticised.

(Apart from Naughton as i haven't seen enough of him) all of our fullbacks are making mistakes this year that are creating more pressure on us.

I'd rather have Naughton on the pitch ahead of Hutton.

Someone should tell him that it's better to mark players goal-side FFS.

If he doesn't shape up, he's gone in January I'm certain.

Hutton is a great right back. Corky is a great right back.

Naughton hasn't shown anything yet. We don't even need to talk about the right back position. Hutton is rusty and as soon as he has some games under his belt you will see he is the type of player Spurs needs. Strong, pacey with plenty of guts and needle.

So why is he unable to get goal-side of a player? That's not rusty, that's inept.

there is no doubt in my mind that hutton is a great player in the spl but the movement of the premiership has meant that he simply cannot cut it - he was responsible for at least 2 conceded goals - cannot seen to get goal side of a player

corluka on the other hand is a class act

Corluka gets caught on the wrong side as well. And has been responsible for a few goals this season as well

Where have you heard he is injured?

Fletcher and Hutton have both pulled out of the Scotland squad to play Japan at the weekend but i cant find anywhere saying they are injured

No medical reason was provided for either Fletcher or Hutton’s sudden absence.

Harry goes into every game with he's strongest 11 (like this) - Or what he thinks he's strongest 11 to be, as shown by leaving Crouch on the bench V Burnley! He will not "experiment", "Give Lads a chance" etc, unless we are at home to Lincoln in the FA Cup or something.......

Don't expect to see Hutton or Bentley at Pompy

Suppose it will depend on whether Lennon or Corluka pick up a knock while on international duty. Otherwise I can't see Harry changing things around.

A real pity if he does not though. after rigourous internationals what better than give other members of the SQUAD a start or a part in the game. Pompey are bottom of the league and playing Bentley and Hutton would not weaken the 1st 11 that considerably. player rotation is important and we cannot ask these players to perform in December in the back to back fixtures and expect them to hit top form when they have not been involved in games to that point. whats the point of having a squad of players when you only rely on 14 members of that squad.

Yep...be prepared for a shooting...wishing to see someone play is one thing, but wishing injury on important players is mental.

Appreciate your point and I am not saying your entirely wrong with rotating squad players..........However what I am saying is, it is not the way Harry is doing things at Spurs right now - It seems to be, you play well last game (unless it is CCup) then your in the squad until you fek up or get injured.

 yeah i know. better than them being injured is resting them and playing other members of the squad. Don't really wish injury on any of our players really just want to see others like Gio,Hutton,Bentley given some game time. hell Harry hasn't heard he is allowed to use he subs from anytime in the second half and not only when a player is injured in the 1st half.
