hes also came on as a lb for emerson...where hes much more comfortable as a lcb. wouldn't judge to much on it.

Not sure how he is culpable, given he didnt give the ball away. He did go forward, but Jorginho lost it in key area

He played CB when he came on, someone else went lb. Emerson came off because he was being absolutely destroyed. Why he didn't come off earlier is a mystery.
AS for the third goal he did (tried) a one two with jorginho and jorginho lost the ball. Wasn't a great pass, but harsh to criticise bastoni.
Easy to criticise the Italian midfielders today though who were awful.

I was listening to the Extra Inch pod yesterday, and Nathan (the tactics expert) said he can absolutely play there, so in fact, it’s like buying a player built for two positions.
I mean, he hardly follows any other Argentina players, played them last night and they are both Spurs players. At this point he is straight up trollingView attachment 112309

Italy play Saturday or Sunday in Bologna I think. Most likely be with them for the next two weeks. They have 4 Nations league games.

This Nations League business is such a waste of these players time and energy, particularly with the accumulation of games this coming season thanks to a World Cup that’s being played in the middle of every domestic season..
