Go to the Nou Camp,play anti-football,frustrate Barca,and you'll see a different team.Much like you did when Inter beat them over 2 legs last season.Were Milan a better team than Barca?? No,not by a long shot.But they beat them.It wasnt great to watch,but at this stage its about doing whatever it takes to get through the next round.
Its all about how you approach the game.

Inter did very well but don't forget they had an offside goal allowed (IIRC) and Barca were also missing Iniesta. I don't think they would manage to replicate that result a very high percentage of times.
For me the chelsea game was arguably a better example..let Barca have the ball in positions that don't matter, with ten men packing the defensive third. Of course lord it ain't pretty but it is one option if you have the players to execute it..

I don't think Crouch could hold the ball up with the way Barca would press him but Lennon and VDV's movement could cause enough problems to allow the wing backs and Modric to get forward. Set pieces would be a likely way for us to score so even without Crouch, we'd have a lot of height.​

Then again, it could be suicide :rofl:​

A one off in a wembley packed full of spurs fans ....our players thinking it may be their only chance of ever winning it, massive underdogs, a hungy Bale VDV Modders , Lennon ...a Barcelona straining under the pressure . Anything is possible.

But , over two legs i think the class of the spaniards would 99 times out a 100 see them beating us without to much difficulty.

Lennon up top would actually be a smart move, it would atleast stop Pique/Puyol from pushing up as any ball over the top of them and they're done for.

Might just be crazy enough to work lol. I could see Hudd putting a perfectly positioned pass behind their ridiculously high line to Lennon or Bale who break free and score. You can't play through them so you got to break up their play and then sent the ball over them to the fast guys. The only way we could score is by that or from winning corners. Reckon we could park the bus better than Arsenal though.

No matter how good Barca is their weaknesses are against quick breaks and defending corners, and their way of playing tires them out before the game is over. Exploit their weaknesses and prevent them from playing and you win, simples.

Also ask Le Arse fans if they are delighted they got a chance to rub shoulders with Barca or if they'd have rather drawn Shaktar?

Probably prefered Barca considering Shaktar already gave them a beatdown in group stages:grin:
