about 90% of the coverage was from one camera at the center line. there was very little close-up.

I was getting hyped about this one and got up at 7am for it here in California (I wasn't as excited as gibbs though, but who was?).

Anyway, pretty disappointing that it was nowhere near HD. The American Footy is all in HD and looks sweet - I fear I won't see a PL game in HD until I'm back in the UK at Christmas. Have the pubs started showing Sky games in HD?

But how sad is that>

I buy all the channels, and the fans are an afterthought.

I have money, and will pay, but the service is bye product. Not the carrot.

I will throw money on your stupid face, but you are too distracted to collect???

Dude, I think you need a bigger TV ;)

Tres jealous. Back in Oz, I have a 40-inch sweet-ass plasma. Here (in London), I have a 40cm POS.

Hence, spoending time at my scum-supporting mate's house watching away games on Sky HD.

Games from the Lane are all HD. The ESPN camera is in front of me and definitely says HD on it, and definitely views in HD cos I recorded it!

But getting back to adulthood, you should definitely get HD, it is awesome!

Hang on a minute, I recorded this and am just about to watch it. Does that mean that I'm going to miss the start? What exactly is missing?

Gald it was on ESPN2 on Saturday. I am staying with my mother in law till Wednesday. I had control of the remote and didn't have to find a place elsewhere. The are very few places in WV that show the EPL.
